Its not going well...
HyperCams lag my computer terribly. Is there anything else I could possibly use? Any suggestions? (Must be free).

As long as you don't mind some unsinchronised sound Bulent's Screen Recorder.

Fraps only lets you record for 30 secs at a time when it's free.
