Kudos to the Rare Witch Project boys - You're Famous!
Looks like it's time to start hacking GbtG.
From the Rareware Scribes:
"It’s a little-known fact (that even the Rare Witch Project boys haven’t found) that Banjo-Threeie was a secret unlockable feature in Ghoulies - but as no-one bought our splendid haunted house romp, no-one will ever play it. So there. When there is some Banjo information to share, you’ll be the first to know (along with the other five remaining Banjo fans) - although you may be too frail to even hold a controller by then…"
Take it for what it's worth, but this is taunting. Looks like you've gotten their attention.

Damn it, I really dont wanna have to fire up my Xbox and start hacking GbtG. I didn't really dig it to be honest, but I suppose it does deserve some attention if they have left the breadcrumbs, hehe.
Good to see they recognize the talent ;)

To the action replay mobile!
...although this plan is slightly hampered by the fact that I don't own an Xbox... still i've not encountered any problems thus far by letting everyone ELSE do the hacking...it'd be cruel to break tradition.

Excellent -- seems I've gotten into Scribes for the fifth time. Letter titled "Dear Sir Scribeth the 3rd, esq., of Eddlebury", given to me courtesy of the wise TriskalGuilo ;)
And is it weird that I felt a shudder reading Leigh talk about RWP in such fasion? :D

Knowing how sick Rare really is, I bet there really is a secret mini game called Banjo-threeie.

Was what Scribes said true about banjo-threeie or are they just taunting us? If so who could hack it??

If it is true, Then I will not be getting it. I never have played a Banjo Kazooie that wasn't for Nintendo, And I never will!
Though I would be in complete shock.

I already did a full data dump with my Modded Xbox and saw all the maps in the game, and there are no BK maps, no BK Characters, there just trying to lie to us so we can waste our time like always. Its solved, the end.

Thats what people said after hacking BT and BK and finding nothing about SNS or BR. But after 5 years Bottles Revenge pulled through. I didn't think rare would still be pissed off at the whole hacking SNS thing; But they're just lying and trying to tempt us and crap and trying for revenge and stuff. Kind of like how the band Blitzkrieg hates Metallica for doing a poor cover on their blitzkrieg song.
Rare's scribes is always full of little turds like this. But it wouldn't hurt to hack the game for a B3 anyway. :D ;)

Well they either hate you or love you. If only I had a game shark. Sigh.

I think doing a complete data dump would probably do it, because, if I'm correct, that entails dumping every file in the game. Meaning that there's nowhere to hide anything, short of impractically burying secrets in existing files.

Still though...that means that they're watching us, maybe right now hmm.

Id say its just a stint to get a couple more games shifted..heh, but they are just playing with us ... if they are gonna make BK3, it will be a game on it's own.

Nothing says that they had to store things on the disc in an instantly-recognizable format... I mean they could have stuff encrypted and have the game decrypt it on-the-fly, and we'd never know...
Besides, didn't they have that silly picture of the eggs and key in there too... or maybe that plus this response is just fuel for the fire... aaaarg, Rare you're so frustratingly cool... :)
