I have seen a pic from the Banjo Tooie beta on this pic is Cheato
and Captain Blubber I guess they speak about anything maybe thats a
secret what Rareware never said.Subdrag maybe know some infos about
that or Ice Mario because they can find out super things.

im no expert, but like most of the beta dialoge heads, i bet Blubber's was just put there randomly instead of cheato's.
the text must be random too.

Actually, that's a text mod to get Cheato to say that, showing beta dialogue. It has nothing to do with Cheato.
