Say...I remember the day I took that picture. :p The Banjo head made me jump, because I didn't expect it to do what it did.
The funny thing is, the guys at DK Vine won't accept the idea that those characters are Banjo, Kazooie, and Conga. No, no, no...something about "continuity flaws."

Well, DK Vine are idiots... for the most part ;)

Cool new look for the site guys! Already waiting for your RWP stuff ;)
Ghoulies... I'm just waiting for it to be released here in Europe to buy my Xbox and play the first non-plataforms game of the Banjo-Kazooie team. Although anybody seems to pay attention to this game, I'm really looking forward to play it...
I'm sure that the BK team will add lots of cameo appearances of their Banjo games on it. The monster heads shown in this posts are, for sure, just the first surprises, hehe...
I have seen also some Gunfright and Jetpac cameos on the playing room of the mansion; and also the Rare logo of the Kameo first scene on a cinema screen.
It's strange that DK Vine doesn't accept that this IS a DKU game :p ;)

It all has to do with their belief that what they say is DKU canon. God forbid that someone has different opinion than them of what should be DKU and what shouldn't be DKU. ;)

DK Vine is a bad site imo. Nothing fun there.

Yeah, it lacks something special. (Oddly, I don't know what it is.)

I don't know, I LOVED their radio broadcasts. I thought they were excellent. I still have them saved on my harddrive somewhere as a matter of fact..
(That WAS DKVine, right? They DID have radio broadcasts didn't they? X_X)

Isn't it odd how quickly topics go off topic? :(

We can't help it, we change topics in word corversations. Written ones are no different.

They never used to go off-topic this quickly before...wonder why they do now?
Something tells me this won't go over too big...

And that's actually not a good thing. That's KV, this is the RWP. If people want forums like KV, they'll go to KV, and if they want the RWP, well, then they're here. ;)

For those that didn't see it:
In the second picture, look in the drawer. It appears to be a Banjo-Tooie guide book or something.

This game looks a tad bit... wierd. What is it exactly about? (Kind of reminds me of Luigi's Mansion. Only reason being is because of he hallway and the rooms inside.) I'd look for the answer myself, but I'm lazy right now. :D
And about those pictures... That Banjo one looks kind of screwy. (Maybe it is the picture itself that isn't makin' it look to great.) I'd also like to know who shot him and why... :p (Though I'd imagine that he went rabid on someone.... >_>)
And that Banjo kazooie book in the drawer looks kind of like a Banjo Tooie guide book, but I wont bet any money on it.

Grabbed by the Ghoulies is a story of a boy who's girlfriend gets...well, you know, grabbed by the ghoulies. The ghoulies take the boy's (who has a name, but I can't remeber it) girlfriend into a haunted house (scary, innit?) Then...guess what! Yep, you have to find her.
So, yeah, it is like Luigi's Mansion. (Could this be why Nintendo had sold RARE? Becuase RARE stole Nintendo's idea from Luigi's Mansion?! Find out next time on..."Barney the Dinosaur")

I came from DKVine and to my surprise I find people badmouthing it. Knock it off!! Just cause they say this game isn't DKU, doesn't mean you have to bad-mouth them! Let them believe what they want! Oh well, you people are getting just as many comments as they are.

I sure believe that those are intended references to BK. Developers/directers love adding in that kind of stuff. Notice the Rareware logo on the TV in the promo. :)
I didn't visit DKVine much but I thought they were ok. I liked their stuff on SNS.
I'm probably going to get wacked around for this, but what exactly is Donkey Kong U?

the game seems a little sadistic and demented if you ask me.
AAA, Rare is using their easter eggs/background images to make people like us think it's used for something.
It's kinda interesting about all the things that Rare leaves in their games.
Banjo-Kazooie/Banjo-Tooie - Stop'N'Swop
Perfect Dark - The cheese
Banjo-Tooie - Capt. Blackeye
Banjo-kazooie - The eggs and Ice key
Banjo-tooie - Bottle's Revenge
and the list goes on...

Cheese? In Perfect Dark? *laughs*
I didn't know about that one.

Wait wait wait. You didn't know about the pieces of cheese scattered around levels in Perfect Dark? Have you been living under a rock or something?

are you sure those are banjo and conga? they could very well be other bears and such, with an uncanny resemblance. If banjo and Conga turned into zombie heads, what'll happen to Kazooie?
I shouldn't think about it too deeply....

Didn't you see Kazooie's head in that pic too?
BTW, in the video, I'm sure the Bear head says "Guh-ha".

Why?? Of course it is them! What are they thinking.
I remember seeing these pics, or different ones ages ago. And also a Banjo Tooie Guide in a draw or something, if my memory serves me correct.

Its a business thing. Makes people want the game more and more badly. Same with only shipping a limited supply of consoles. They do it so people will want them more. (Dad told me for his business class).
