Marquees with Insomniac

As you can see by my crappy sig, I can't figure out marquees. I go to a forum where html is disabled like this one, but they have marquees in their sig too. I don't wanna break any rules (The three line rule) so I'm asking...

I guess you can't use a marquee. Other sites might have it as an add-on, and it's not a default feature.

This code snippet creates a marquee 200 in width, a scroll delay of 10, and the background for the marquee is a greenish color.

I don't think you're alowed marquees in your sig.
