*Plants one on Ice Mario ;) *
Thank you. Unfortunately (sp?!) I'm at school so I can't view it. But as soon as I get home I'm watching it.
Thank you!

(bows down before Ice Mario and Gold) Ah yes I'm counting the days until E3. I figure that Nintendo should hopefully have an estimated release date then.:D:D:D

I can only cry and hope that's sarcasm =*(.
On a related note, it looks boring to me. Bland areas, not too unique looking. Kind of open and weak. Not too impressed with any of the creatures. Seems like stuff ripped out of a 3D model library. Link looks a little off to me as well although I can't seem to place my finger on why. All in all, I'll be the first and probably only to give this preview an N-gage/10.
I'm sure the game will be better than the movie suggests, though. I enjoyed OoT, and this seems to be closer to the structure of that. Plus the trailer for some games that I really liked were HORRIBLE. Poor advertising almost led me to miss a couple things.

The amount of spelling errors, broken links and hidden content on IGN makes me cry. Plus most of the IGN Insider content can be viewed free on GameSpot.
Thus have been my experiences. I can't account for the misguided souls who praise IGN.

I wasn't pro-IGN, I don't care much for either, don't take that wrong :p. I agree, if I had to pick between the two I'd probably opt for Gamespot.

BREAKING NEWS AT GDC:
Today at the Game Developers Conference, Nintendo confirmed rumor reports that the NINTENDO DS will support online play. Gamers will be able to connect to the online service, to begin later this year and to be fully unveiled at E3, at wi-fi hot spots around the world.
Nintendo has confirmed that ANIMAL CROSSING will support online play; to demonstrate local-area wireless support available in DS games already, Iwata participated in eight-player multiplayer of Mario Kart DS with audience members.

---------------------------------------------
Today at the Game Developers Conference, Nintendo president Satoru Iwata officially unveiled many details about it's long-hyped system, Revolution. He revealed that the Revolution will be backwards compatible with the GameCube, and that it will have Wi-Fi capabilities. This means that the Revolution will be able to connect to not only the internet, but with one another, and the DS Online Network. Iwata also revealed that Nintendo would be partnering with computer giants IBM and ATI to develop the Revolution's graphics chip.
"We're excited to be developing the graphics chip set for Revolution, which continues our longstanding relationship with Nintendo," explained Dave Orton, ATI Technologies' president and chief executive officer. "As the leading graphics provider, ATI is committed to delivering exceptional visual performance that enables consumers to interact with new and visually compelling digital worlds. ATI is proud to support Nintendo's innovative contributions to gaming."
"This is Nintendo's plan: make our existing game world better," Iwata said. "For us, this is a passion. This is a mission of adventure," Iwata explained.

Revolution is going to be backwards compatable with GCN games and be Wi-Fi enabled right out of the box, very intruiging.
I hope it allows for normal tethered online play too.

Whoa, backwards compatibility is a great move. Of couse, the GameBoy has been backwards compatible for years, but as a console -- people who buy Revolution won't have to fork out money for games right away.
It sounds like Nintendo finally has some kind of plan. I guess we'll see in May :)

From what I've been reading and hearing Nintendo plans to come out of this new console race fighting, online plans, the DS and new GB, the wave of new GCN games (with Zelda on the way baby!!:D:D) Apparently they've learned from thier goofs with the GCN and are paying more attenion to what the gamer has to say. And as a Nintendo fanboy that makes me insanely happy.;)

I want to kiss someone.
I want to do more.
I think Nintendo did a great job on this trailer. If they wouldn't have sold me with the first trailer (actually, they sold me before I ever even saw any media) they would've sold me with this one. Looks like the Zelda series is taking a big chance. i wouldn't be surpirsed if this game gets a Teen rating (or at least the new Everyone 10+).

Did anyone see Electroplankton for the DS?
The footage of it weirded me out, I had no idea what was going on.
I must have it.

*puts the Zelda game down on her X-mas list* :D I can't wait for it...it looks so awesome. Thank God it's going to be realistic...I honestly didn't like the cartoony style used in Wind Waker.

It's expected to be out by the end of the year in Japan. It could be early 2006 in the U.S., unless they decide to release it simultaniously in the Japan and U.S. It happened before in Zelda history... it can happen again.
Then again, Nintendo promised the full version to be playable at E3 this year, so there is a possiblity that Japan, the US, and Europe will get it in 2005.
