For B-K on Nemu64 the screen goes white when I go underwater. What is wrong? Do I need a new graphics card? Different emulator? Different ROM? What?

I'd say just use Project64. Never had any problems with it.

Well, a graphics card I can help with.
Get an Nvidia GeForce 8800. They run for about $220, if you're willing to pay that much, but it can do things like run Crysis on FULL. It's DEFINATELY worth the price.

I'm 14.
I live with my parents.
I don't even have a paper route.
I don't think that's an option.
Also, I don't have Crysis.

Well, all you said was "kick ass", so I said the most kick-ass-ery card I know. :p

How safe would it be to take the graphics card from my old Pc and put it into my new one. My old one had a better card, but this PC's graphics card is built in to the motherboard. Will that generate problems?

That shouldn't be a big problem, just plug it into your PCI slot i think it will automatically take preference, if it does make problems take it out, but hopefully it will just "plug N Play" or should that be "plug N Pray". If your old card came with instructions read them just to make sure every thing is ok.
Proberbly you major problem is vista, i hate vista... I think XP with the vista inspirat pack is the best option if you want the vista look.
