I love you.

Ah, just like the religious nuts who spent money on Harry Potter books just to burn them. What you don't know is that by buying them, you give the people more money to put towards the sequel. Once you buy it, no one cares what you do with it. So by all means, buy hundreds of them and burn 'em. :)

When did I say the word "buy" o-O

Oh...sorry. Well, have fun burning down a store and explaining to the police and the judge that you did it "because Cloverfield was disappointing." :p

Hey, if I'm going to prison either way, you can bet that I may as well have some fun in the courtroom, phoenix wright style.

Bah I never got around to seeing it whilst it was in cinemas. At least it'll give me a chance to finally watch the thing. Amazingly I've managed to avoid spoilers of it to this day, and.. well.. I probably won't re-enter this thread again incase someone ruins my streak I have going :p

Ah well, can't wait for this to release.

Oh, Tom Cruise was the monster all along, he was just on one of his energetic rampages o-O.

FTR, watching it on a TV will NEVER be as epic as seeing it in theatres. Anyone who missed it on the big screen will never get the ultimate experience.

And what if you have a huge TV with surround-sound speakers, etc?

Also, will be buying.

Also also, htf did people NOT expect this to come out so soon? It's a given fact that movies come out quick on DVD and it's been announced for quite a while now...

Most movies do. Some independent films don't, however, which sucks. They could take up to 9 months to come out with the DVD. That's right. A baby could be born in the time it takes some DVD's to show up.

As for this, I saw it in the theater. There's really no reason to get the DVD. It was cool, but it wasn't amazing.

Deleted scenes + alt endings = reasons.

LOL

A lot of DVD's with movies on them that I like have that stuff. Do I go out and buy them all? Shoot no! I only buy ones I MUST have.

Unless the setup was more like:

Deleted scenes + alt endings + Money + Sex = reasons.

You said it as if it applied to everyone. I responded to you saying it as applied to everyone; not just applied to you. You should know this.

Oh, well yeah. I'm sure everyone has their reasons. But when I said I didn't see a reason in buying it, I was obviously talking about my reasons. You should know this. ;)

Nono, you said no one really had any reason to buy it. I said that those were reasons for people to buy it. It's very clearly implied that what I said was for people that wanted to buy it. Because, you know, people that don't want it wouldn't buy it...?

Uh, no you weren't. You said "there really isn't any reason to get it" and that "it wasn't that great". Clearly those are your opinions, but you stated them as if it applied to everyone. Everything you said was unrelated to the reasons I gave.

But hey, you've decided to say "I'M RIGHT" and leave (quite arrogant of you), so I'll stop.

I heard it wasn't too great, but just aggrivated the crap out of you so you had to finish it.

Where did all this hostility come from? And didn't Grey or Gold (I forget which color) say to stop all the fighting and get along already?

Better go and save it on netflix! I hope they come out with a blu-ray version too.
