Topic says it all! Vote and then post explaining why. I'm going for Nintendo mostly for the Mario games, most likely lower price, and the downloadable games.
NOTE: I posted in the Xbox Board because it needs more life.

I'm definitely getting the next Nintendo, because I'm forever their bitch. I just need a Virtual Boy to complete my current collection :p I'm also definitely getting the Xbox 360 on account of Rare's titles, as well as Halo and other such Xbox-exclusivities. I've quite honestly gained a lot of respect for Microsoft and how well they've done with their console. It won't be too long until they kill Sony.
Incidentally, what's up with the Phantom? If they're still around, they must be falling behind, because this was a console that was supposed to be competing with the current generation, and now there's a new wave of consoles coming out in the next few years -- how are they going to compete? It seems to me that Infinium is going down the tube without even having gotten their foot in the door.

Oh my god! How can you not have the excellent Virtual Boy! ;)

I gave away Virtual Boy and Sega Saturn once. The two worse mistakes ever. Saturn I would have liked to keep because it was actually a decent console at the time with a unique array of games. Virtual Boy I would have liked to keep because no one else should have gotten the satisfaction of smashing it with a hammer that I crave.
I want X-box 360, Revolution, PS3 in that order... but I intend to get all 3... so uh... I just voted 360?

Andre, I suspect you got this poll idea from GameFAQs... There was a poll just like this a few days ago!
Anyway, I'll most definately get a Nintendo Revolution. As a hardcore Nintendo fan, I'll be getting it just because. On the other side, I'm also undecided about the other consoles. It will depend if there are any stand-out games next generation. Of course if a new Banjo console game comes out, I'll likely turn my attention to it. And the Gran Turismo series from Sony, has always intrigued me. Except for the Revolution, nothing's definate just yet.

The Virtual Boy was already long gone before I had any interest in it, and I've been keeping my eye on eBay for quite a while now. There's usually quite a few on there, but I want to see if I can't score one that's never been opened, or at least rarely played.
There's often a few NES systems listed that have never been opened. I've been tempted to bid on a few of them -- but I already have an NES that is still in top shape ;)

May I ask what is nintendo revolution?
Something Nintendo is keeping pretty quiet about at the moment, currently all we know at the moment is that it uses 512MB flash cards for storage, can play DVD's, wireles controllers (Incl Wavebirds or GCN controllers as it has GCN ports under a flap), free online (For first party titles at least) and you can download NES/SNES/N64 games (possibly more?) for it.
I'm assuming there will be some sort of DS connectivity aswell.
The "Revolutionary" aspect is supposedly the controller which as of yet hasn't been unveiled. (Or dare I say it, finished?)

you know nintendo will change the name from revolution to something else. Just like the dolphen to game cube ( I think). I voted revolution because:
I'm forever their bitch

I know the DS can connect to a PC by way of USB so I assume Revolution is the same?
ALso you can transfer your game saves from the Rev's Memory cards onto PC HD.

Or how DS went basically DS to DS? :p
