I think you have to have a Gameshark to get rid of SNS...

There are several ways of erasing the SnS codes, but most of them involve Action Replay/Game Shark codes. Off the top of my head, I don't actually know the codes, but they are around. Also, I believe that you can erase without the game shark codes, but its an unproven method of reseting the game over and over again, and jiggiling the cartridge around in the N64, and even that can't be proven to actually work.

the only way involves turning your N64 on and off anywhere between 1 and 100 times with BK in, but this will usually erase your game files too. then again, the eggs and key never have any negative side effects that i can think of. to me, it makes my game more complete.

In other words, just do everything possible to mess up your cart/n64, right? :)
EDIT: I've never heard of that. I haven't done the codes yet because, someone might discover a GS Code to activate certain stuff. i.e: the cutscene of SF island rising.

I don't think it does. It sets the counters in the game and not the files, so it might not erase them.

On GameShark, BK 1.0
81283400 0000
Removes all secrets, puts everything back, and closes the areas.

You might try something that happened to me a lot. I would go into Banjo's House to have a go at the Bottles' Bonus game then I would exit the house only to find everything as if I had just suddenly started the game. I hate that.

That seems funny in a serious manner, very hard to achieve. Here's a prize (rar):

Does the code to put the SnS items back, the one that closes all the areas etc, also make it so the switch in the secret blue egg room in Gobi's velley is back to normal? Or does the coffin (can't be bothered to spell its proper name :p ) Stay open?

Really? From what I've heard, they make Banjo forget how to climb trees and the Rat-a-Tat Rap. I wouldn't bother getting them anyway. I don't want to take the chance.

Yes, it returns your game to exactly how it was before you did anything involving eggs or an ice key. It does not cause you to lose moves or lose anything other than the secret items.

Ohh that's good then.Luckily I managed to get a code to do that for Action Replay, I think Icy Guy gave me the code.

people say that they are developers shortcuts, but if they are wouldn't they still work especially since the developers used them. So that should mean there is a way to make SnS work with the sandcastle codes unless they were dropped
