sabreman stampede

In banjo tooie sabreman says he is going to ride a dolphin and we have recently seen the cancelled sabreman stampede so do anyone else think this moght have been a referance to this game and that stampede was a entirly different thing from donkey kong racing

Just some friendly advice: you might want to try using commas and periods every now and then. It's a bit difficult for people to read an entire paragraph without knowing when a sentence stops or begins. :)

It's entirely possible though. No one can really tell, but that seems like something Rare would do. They reference a lot of their own games sometimes. On the other hand they could have been planning a Sabreman game, then cancelled that, then started Donkey Kong Racing, then after the buy out decided to use the DKR engine to restart their Sabreman game. So it could be a reference to the game with Sabreman Stampede still being a result of DKR.

in a nintendo power issue that gave coverage of hailfire peaks, it pointed out sabreman and said that he was from an upcoming game, but since i was only interested in the banjo coverage, i assumed that when sabre wulf came out, it was the game they were referring to.

In fact Dolphin was code name for Gamecube.
i think that his text in BT is a reference to upcoming Sabrewulf game on Gamecube...but it never released.
