Banjo-Threeie

This is an ongoing story about what you think could happen in banjo-threeie. Everyone can speak for every character, just please keep it within the bounds of reality... (I.E. no traveling across the world and saving the day in 1 post)


This is not continue the line! You need to at least write a paragraph or 2.

First Chapter:

~It has been 1 year since the events in Banjo-Tooie. Tooty is a grown up girl bear now, she lives on her own in another house built on spiral mountain.~

*One day another storm like when banjo-tooie began started to brew. Kazooie was out nesting with a breegul friend she had had for 6 months, Tooty was at her house, and banjo was sleeping.*

"Snoooore!!!!!" *banjo was keeping up his normal tones*

*The sky grew light all of a sudden as a spell settled over it. The snoring stopped as banjo was put under and eternal sleep spell. Spiral mountain began to rot*(i know this is a bit much action for a post, but it is the first post)

*Tooty ran out of her house*

"Whats happening... the land is dying... I have to find who is doing this!" tooty said.

[Minjo Hunter]

Tooty ran outside and looked up at the to of the rotted mountain. Mumbo was chanting a powerful "ecum bocum" song.
"Bottles, what's going on?" she yelled into his hole.
"Oh dear, I was afraid this might happen! I have no time to explain Tooty. Follow me into my hole." said bottles. "Isnt that a little small for a bear like me?" asked totty. "Well yes but I can get in and Im bigger than you" said bottles. "good point" said Tooty.
Tooty followed bottles into his hole which was filled with a giant computer and other hi tec electronics. "I am afraid that isnt Mumbo on that hill." He said.

"Then what is it?" asked Tooty looking confused.

"It is the abandoned prototype for Mingy Jongo," explained Bottles, "while weaker than it's successor, it is highly unstable and very unpredictable. Whoever set it loose must be nuts."

Tooty turned to face bottles, "Mingy whatsits?!"

Bottles grinned, "Oh, yes I forgot... It was a robotic enemy Banjo and Kazooie defeated while you were on your little 'vacation' in therapy a year ago."

The bears face turned red with anger, "You had better not mention that to anyone!!!!"

"Anyway, back to the point," Bottles continued, "it was made to look exactly like Mumbo and trick Banjo. Obviously it failed. This prototype must have been set loose as a distraction to divert our attention from the real culprit. It still shouldn't be taken lightly though, so lets discuss battle plans."

Bottles pointed to a computer screen where a large amount of data is displayed.

"These are the specifications for the prototype. If you attack it outright it would probably explode and wipe out all of Spiral Mountain, so we need to think of some other way to subdue it..."

"If we don't act soon all of Spiral Mountain is going to rot away anyway, so lets hurry!" exclaimed Tooty.

"The other problem is that banjo won't wake up! The spell that is keeping him asleep is not coming from the minjy jongo prototype!" Bottles said

"Well we still have to hurry!!" tooty said

"Yes.. lets go find kazooie" Bottles told her

*Tooty ran up to banjo's house and grabbed his backpack, they avoided the sight of minjy jongo and went to the cave above the waterfall*

"Tooty? What are you doing here?" the male breegul said

"Bad things are happening to spiral mountain outside.. we need kazooie's help to stop it" Tooty said

*A familiar voice called from around the corner*

"You are gonna have to take someone else's help, i have eggs to watch. Why don't you go help them Alexi." Kazooie called from the back

"Well I guess I could... " The male breegul, Alexi, muttered

"Now!" Kazooie yelled

"Ok ok!" Alexi said as he climbed into the backpack on Tooty's back

~Alexi is a male Blue Breegull, he has the same abilities as kazooie, except he cannot hatch and he has different eggs. (Nuclear Egg, Proximity Egg, Fissure Egg, Normal Egg, Homing Eggs.) Alexi is faster than kazooie.~

*Tooty went outside with Alexi in her pack to try and solve this new problem*

I don't mean to sound stupid, but I have a question about the new eggs... What are their exact effects? I would assume that nuclear eggs are eggs charged with nuclear radiation, proximity eggs are for powerful close range combat, and fissure eggs have the ability to create fissures and split rock walls but you might have had a specific idea in mind. Am I wrong? I don't want to ruin the story by writing something that is completely off.

The nuclear eggs are a stronger version of the grenade eggs
Proximity eggs attach to walls and if a baddie walks by them they set off in a large explosion
You were correct about fissure eggs
Volcanic eggs make a small bubbling stream of fire appear from the wall or ground for a short time.

They hurried to the flight pad that was near the cave and took off.

"Geez, you need to lose some weight," Alexi complained.

Tooty replied gruffly. "Are you sure it's not just because you need more exercise, birdbrain?"

"Point taken... Anyway, what's your plan?" asked Alexi as he was straining to hold them up.

"My plan!? I thought you had thought of something!" cried Tooty.

Alexi was dismayed. "Geez, everyone expects me to do everything! Anyway, I just thought of an idea. Lets aim a fissure egg right underneath where that rustbucket is standing to try and make him fall into the water and short him out since we can't hit him directly."

"Sounds almost too easy... I hope this works," said Tooty as they flew toward the mountain.

[Minjo Hunter]

Alexi and tooty shoot an egg right infront of Mingy. "No, my mountain" cries Bottles. The mountain begins to rumble and Mingy falls off the mountain into the river. "Yeah! we got him" said tooty. "Ha! Looks like metal man cant swim" said Alexi. "NOOOOOO! Look what you fools have done to the mountain! You are most reckless pair I have ever seen!" yells Bottles. " Looks like Google Eyes is having a nervous breakdown" said Alexi. "Do you think we should appoligize to him?"asked Tooty. "Ohh fine" said Alexi.

They went back down to the ground and approached Bottles. "Um Mr. Bottles..." but then Mingy began to float out of the water. "HaHa. Plan work perfectly. Foolish Bear and bird try to kill me. Time has come to put curse on mole to make anger turn to evil." said Mingy. Mingy fires a red flaming spell at Bottles.

Mumbo suddenly comes running toward them. " Oh crap! Mumbo too late. Me tried to come here earlier to warn you. I am afraid Mole has been turned into Devil Bottles.

*I hope that didnt sound too sudden or stupid*

[Banjo's Banjo]

"Devil Bottles?" Alexi turned back to see what had become of Bottles. "Four Eyes looks fine to me...."

At that exact moment, a red aura began to radiate from the short, stubby mole. Horns began to sprout from the top of the creature's head, as Bottles began hovering over the ground. To top it all off, a pitchfork had appeared out of nowhere, right in front of the mean-spirited burrower.

"...I'll take that back. Whoohoo, Goggle Breath, you ok? You're looking a bit....red." Alexi said as he slowly approached Bottles.

"Alexi, you might not want to do that." Tooie spoke in a dull whisper as she stood in awe.

"I'll be fine. He's just a bit red, that's alLLLLLLL!!!!" The breegull jumped into the air as a fireball barely missed him. The source was of course the hovering mole.

"Mumbo warn you. Mole now evil."

"Yeah, I can sort of tell. I mean I was almost fried breegull for a second there!"

At that point, it began raining upon Spiral Mountain again. Not to mention a large fireworks show, as the fake Mingy finally blew up from the amount of water he had taken in. But the focus of our hero's remained solely on Bottles, as he turned to speak.....

*Minjy had stopped casting the decay spell to cast the spell on bottles... he was now vulnerable. Spiral mountain stopped rotting but banjo was still asleep. As bottles charged at them Alexi looked aside for a moment and made a really large egg-laden caugh. Minjy started laughing.

"Behaaa" Alexi screamed and he fired a Nuclear egg and jumped out of the way with tooty.

*Minjy looked forward for his last second of life as the egg entered his open laughing mouth and rolled down into his robotic stomach*

"Errkum?!?!?!" Minjy said

*Minjy jongo blew into scrap metal, but the spell on bottles was still in effect. Bottles charged at them and started slapping tooty*

"You just slapped the wrong bear! Hya!"

*Tooty took the backpack off and performed a perfect pack whack, knocking bottles out*

"Lets go find what is causing this before he wakes up..."

*They head up into the lair*

"Aww.. the way is still blocked off" Tooty said with a discouraged voice

"Not to worry... I have eggs for this" Alexi said as he fired some proximity eggs at the rocks.

"Now, lets set these off" he said as he sent one slow rolling normal egg at them and dove out of the doorway with tooty.

*There was another large explosion as the rocks blocking the way up into the lair blew away*

"Lets get going alexi!" Tooty said as she ran in with him.

They headed up the left side of the lair to the Treasure Trove Cove puzzle, when they heard someone behind them. Alexi spun around, ready to fire a barrage of nuclear eggs, but stopped short when he noticed it was just Mumbo.

"Mumbo thinks bird should calm down."

Alexi replied, obviously annoyed, "What do you mean I should calm down!? Banjo's under a sleeping spell, I just blew up part of Spiral Mountain, and I'm stuck in an evil witches lair with Kazooie's whacked out friends! Did I leave anything out?"

No one had time to answer, because a fireball was launched at them from the dark doorway leading to the lair's exit.

"How dare you ignore me!" cried Devil Bottles. "You will now face the terrifying, electrifying, amazingly destructifying wrath of Devil Bottles! Heehee!" He ended with a ridiculously dramatic pose.

"Tooty stepped forward, "You sure are full of yourself, you know? Maybe if you didn't hit like a pansy we would be more concerned with you!"

"WHAT!?!?" Devil Bottles was furious.

Suddenly Mumbo spoke up. "Um... Mumbo is sorry to interrupt, but... Mumbo's head is on fire."

They all turn to see Mumbo running around in circles trying to put out the flames on his head.

"So you like fire Devil bottles? try this on gogglehead!" Alexi yelled

*Alexi fired tons of Volcanic eggs at DevilBottles.*

"fool! fire cannot harm me" Devil bottles laughed

*Alexi grinned bigger than bottles*

"Yeah but while you laughed about the fire you didn't notice the fissure egg i fired"

*DevilBottles looked down and saw that indeed the ground under him had opened up*

"I'll be back.. i have a tunnel system through this whole lair!"

*DevilBottles fell into the fissure and it closed.*

[Kirbys Warpstar]

"Phew!"exclaimed Tooty as she wiped her forehead.
"Get going we should,"said Mumbo
"Where are we going anyway?" asked Alexi
"Mumbo knows where to go,"replied Mumbo
Alexi then wispered to Tooty"hmm... something doesn't seem right"
"What do you mean?" replied Tooty
"I suspect that the Mumbo over there is the Mingy prototype"
"Hmm.... we can't risk a battle here though. We'd be buried alive"
"We must then g"
"Hurry!" inturrupted Mumbo, "we must move quickly!"



I've never written in a topic this serious before so don't shoot me. (yet)

[Minjo Hunter]

*reminder Mingy got blown up*

The gang walked up into the room with the sewer pipe. "Eww please don't make us go in there." complained Alexi.

"Hmm, Sewer pipes really old. Watch out for big bugs." said mumbo.

"Hey what's that thing in the water." asked Tooty. Mumbo pulled out a old moldy issue of Witch Weekly. Alexi started to gag and grew green. "Bird too sqimish. Bird needs to be tough. We must go into pipe." said Mumbo. "Shutup *cough* skull face. Im a breeg..."spat Alexi as he began to throw up. "Fine, you stay out here, gaurd entrance.

Mumbo and Tooty entered the pipe and found a silo right next to the red shortcut pot. "Jamjars must come up! Urgent news. Jamjars poped up at once.

"Hi everyone. How are you Tooty? How was therapy?"Asked Jamjars. Tooty tried hard to not to hit him as she replied," Jamjars,..Your brother has turned evil!"

"Yes",said Mumbo," When Mingy attack, he turn Bottles into devil with spell. I tried to stop but couldn't run fast enough. "Oh no. That brother of mine has gotten himself into trouble again."

"Actually Alexi fired a...." started Tooty. "Look at this radar gang. It shows that my brother is using his underground molehills and is right outside this pipe." stated Jamjars. Tooty was shocked. " Eek, that's where alexi is!"

All of a sudden they heard Alexi yell. "BREEEGAH!!!"

The gang turned and ran outside the pipe to where Alexi was. Devil Bottles was there giggling his head off, as he shot fire at Alexi. "Now you will see my true power!"

All of a sudden, they see a sludge monster rising out of the filfthy water oozing and dripping with garbage.

Devil Bottles spoke again. "I have the ability to possess and control any monster I please! Taheehee!" Then he turned and ran...

Tooty was visibly disgusted. "What the heck is that thing!?"

Alexi answered as he got ready to fire. "Who cares, lets just blast this thing away!"

"Not so fast, punks!!!" Jamjars peeked out of the pipe behind them. "You might need this!" He tossed what looked like an upgraded magic stick towards Mumbo and started singing... "If you need to blast some sludge, use this stick to-"

"Um... Mumbo thinks he gets it, so mole can shut up now..."

"Er... yes... I think I'll be going now. Hup!" With that Jamjars ran back to his silo.

*mumbo found a mumbo pad on top of the sewer grate and started chanting*

"Ekom bokum Ekom Bokum"

*Fire started to rain from the sky and set the garbage monster on fire*

"Yay it worked!" tooty said

"Yeah but devil bottles will come outta there and just follow us more...." Alexi muttered

"Well then lets get into somewhere where he can't follow easily!"

*They ran into the room beside the pit and into treasure trove cove*

Thanks. I don't know where I learned... I read a book on how to draw once. I guess it's mostly from practice, although it's still far from perfect.

They entered Treasure Trove Cove and made there way up to the lighthouse. Tooty was lost in thought.

"What are you thinking about," asked Alexi.

Tooty replied, "Well, when you think about it Bottles is really just a victim in all of this too. Someone is just using him to distract us from the real problem. I wonder how we are going to figure this out!"

Alexi encouraged her, "Don't look so glum. I'm sure we will find a way to wake up Banjo and end all this!"

She sighed, "I know, it's just that... We left my brothers sleeping body unprotected back in Spiral Mountain. I hope nothing happens to him. I have this strange feeling that we are walking deeper into a trap here."

*they walked into the lighthouse*

"Something seems strange about this lighthouse... Really strange"

*alexi accidentally stepped on a kazooie button and it triggered*

*the lighthouse sprouted wings and turned into a rocket like in Diddy kong racing*

"Arrg.. banjo told me about this! why do all the lighthoused blast off"

*The rocket quickly arrived at its destination*

*they walked out into a jail cell and a voice spoke*

"Welcome to spacey starport jail. Part of spacey starport"

*they looked at eachother*

"Well.. we have found a new world in the lair.. now how do we get out of here" tooty said.

[Minjo Hunter]

A jinjo came into the room about 10 minutes later. "please state your name and buisness please" he said. "Eek! Please don't hurt us. We just accidently went into the lighthouse and it took off and..." pleaded Tooty. "Not again" sighed the Jinjo."We really should make a better entrance, but this is the only way to keep out bad guys. Ok you may come into the lobby to schedual a departure to Earth.



The group walked around the lobby for a little bit. Jinjos were in various saucers around the airport.

Tooty approached one and said"Hello little Jinjo. How are you?" The Jinjo replied nervously,"Um..we are training to ..err fly and Mr. Blubber is going to grade me on my flying." "Mr. who?"said Tooty. "Our company's founder. He is over there."said the jinjo. He pointed toward a big blue door.


They walked in toward a desk. "Hey Blubberguts",said Alexi. Blubber turned around toward them and said,"Garr what be your buisiness here?" "To make a long story short, a devil chased us into the lair and we went into Treasure trove cove, and we went into the lighthouse." said Alexi.

"Bleh, well I knew I should have made this place more secret. You see, this be a jail for minjos. Ah train dem jinjos how ter fly and help us catch them space pirate minjos." said blubber

"So how come hippo sail space and not sea?" asked Mumbo.

"Arr..uh well that frog kicked me out, he did. I got in ter a row with dis other guy in da pub, so fruity banned me from his lagoon." said Blubber

"By "dis other guy" do you mean Marry Maggy, or was that a girl?" asked Alexi. "Nah" said Blubber"The drunk one."

The others gasped,"BLACKEYE!"

*Sorry. I fixed it. I just read your post really fast.*

Blubber continued. "Ya see this other guy was going on an' on about his glory. Says some bear stole it. He told me to give 'im all my doubloons so that he could buy a boat to search fer it. We fought, and I ended up 'ere."

"Sounds weird," said Tooty, "I wonder what he meant by his "Glory"? It sounds like Blackeye is up to something back on the planet..."

"Beats me," Blubber replied, "Why don't you guys head over to the flight room and practice flying a bit. I could use yer' help roundin' up a couple of Minjos and I have something to give ya' when you finish."

"Mumbo get much airsick," said Mumbo.

Blubber grinned, "Not ta worry! My spaceships are all designed for maximum comfort! Now follow that Jinjo over thar' to the flight room so you can get started."

They all followed a green Jinjo down the hall and into the flight room where a group of empty saucers were waiting for them.

"Hey wait for me Rarr"

*a small tiger came down the hall*

"My name is Timber. Banjo helped me out a long time ago when my island was in trouble and now i need to go help him."

*timber got into a saucer beside the others*

*a badger lumbered his was down another hallway*

"Hey timber.. i heard you were going to help and i had to come to"

*He got into a saucer*

"BTW, my name's Bumper" the badger said

"i didn't know banjo had all these friends"

*they all got into thier saucers and prepared to launch*

Tooty and Alexi shared a saucer, while everyone else had their own. They heard the swishing of air leaving the room as the large metal panels of the airlock slid open.

"You know, I think that Blubber fellow is a few honey nuggets short of a Mc Jiggywiggy Special," remarked Alexi as Tooty was trying to figure out the controls in the saucer.

"I know what you mean. How the heck are we supposed to find Minjos in the middle of Outer Space anyway," Tooty pressed another button and the ship started up, "There, I think I have it."

All of a sudden the comm system fizzled and they heard Timber's voice. "Is everything set?"

"Yes. Let's go," said Tooty.

With that, they all floated out of the station into the cold empty space before them. They hadn't gone far before they saw a large object in the distance glistening from the sun. It appeared to be another space station.

[Kirbys Warpstar]

I think it'll be good this time:

Tooty: What's that?
Alexi: What?
Timber: Those little dots coming out of the station

*the objects slowly moved towards the group*

Tooty: Is that what I think it is!?
Timber: Grrr.... definately not a Minjo
Alexi: It's Mingy Jongo!
Timber: A whole army of them!
Tooty: Were they mass produced?
Alexi: Seems like it....
Timber: If we shoot at them they'll explode take us down too.
Alexi: We're in one fine mess eh?
Tooty: What's the plan?

*timber and bumper armed homing missiles*

"Fire.. rar!" Timber said as he let loose a volley of missilies.

"Lets go" bumper challenged as he dodged left and right firing missiles and the lazer cannon on the saucer.


"Wow.. these guys are skilled at flying... now i can see how my brother and them won back timber's island." tooty said as she tried to target some of the minjy jongos.

[John]

Tooty's craft barrel-rolled as a Mingy Jongy zoomed past her.

Nearby, Mumbo was still trying to figure out the controls and was spinning out of control. Two Mingy's surrounded him on both sides firing blasts from their Zap sticks just barely missing him as he jerked the ship around. He yelled out, "Mumbo need much help!"

Bumper came to his aid on one side bumping one of the Mingy Jongo's with the front of his ship sending it careening off into the side of the space station taking out a good portion of it's siding with the blast. Toty came up on the other side and demolished the other robot with a homing missile. It created a huge explosion almost blowing them up with it.

"Stop firing at them! You'll kill us all in their explosions," yelled Timber angrily.

Suddenly the Mingy Jongo army stopped attacking them and headed inside the station. The group was about to shout victory when all of their ships jerked towards the space station.

"Yikes! Tractor beam!" yelled Bumper. "I can't get free!"

"Well, lets just go in there and show those freaks a thing or two," Alexi said excitedly.

And so they were pulled inside the Mingy Jongo factory greeted by the sight of hundreds of Minjos working on an assembly line filled with robotic parts...

*This looks fun. I think I will join, but I am just curious, EnEnDaR. You made Alexi a Blue bregull with the ability to launch Nuclear eggs, which was my commonly used attack at the previous RWP RPG's. Is it coincidence that Alexi possesses this ability?*

The group hears a trumpet fanfare come from a group of Minjos in the crowd. As soon as it ends, a shadowed figure steps forward. As he steps into the light, the group can see that he is a large Minjo sporting a black helmet, a cape, and a small little pet thingie with large eyes. Also, about fifty minjos level their guns to the group.

Mumbo: *Gasp* Why, it's-
Timber & Bumper: King Mingling!
Alexi: You know him?
King Mingling: Muaahahaha! Yes, it is I, but SILENCE! You may only speak when spoken to by King Mingling!
Tooty: *Snort* Well, you refer to 'King Mingling' in third person, so I guess that means that he is not here!

King Mingling turns a deeper shade of crimson than he already was.

King Mingling: SO!!! You attempt to give me your ch-

But he was cut short by a Minjo typing frantically on a computer

Minjo: Your Minglyness, sir! Our tractor beams have picked up a disfuntional makeshift space craft in space perimeter secter 7B!

The king ponders for a moment, then begins fuming

KM:Thank you for that brief funfact, Smithings...

Mingling snaps his fingers, and a guard pushes a button. A trapdoor radiating red light opens beneath the minjo Smithings, who falls in screaming. He continues screaming, this time in agony, for about a minute or so, until Mingling snaps his fingers again. At this command, the guard pulls a small handle next ot the button.

FFFLLLLUUUUUSSSSSHHHHHHH

Smithings: AAAAAaaaaaaaaaa....

The group eye each other for a minute, all in wonder but none desiring to know what horrible torture Smithings had just endured. Then King Mingling spoke again.

KM: Hm. I hate it when people interrupt me. Now-

But he was cut short again when an object crashed through the unopened hatch that the group entered through; Smithings appearently had not opened it before his doom. When the object, a pathetic little space-craft-wanna-be skids to a halt, a familiar devil hops out.

Devil Bottles: HAHAHAHAHAHA! Ha! I have found you again, and this time-
King Mingling: DOH! I DON'T HAVE TIME FOR THIS! GUARDS! SHOOT HIM!

OOC: actually i came up with that on my own. i did think that there was a user named blue breegull when i invented alexi, but the nuclear eggs i just through would be cool.

"Oh let me take care of this guy. the station should be able to take it"

*Alexi coughed loudly and a volcano egg flew at mingaling just as he was turned around towards devil bottles*

"Aaagh!!!" *the egg lodged itself down mingalings pants*

*mingaling began to run around in circles as lava poured out from around his body*

"HaAaAaAAaAaha ha ha" alexi started almost fainting from laughter

The magma began to harden and Mingaling was tightly stuck to the floor. "AHHHHH!!!! YOU HORRIBLE CREATURES," he screamed, "BUT AT LEAST I STILL HAVE MY BUTTON!!! MY SHINY SHINY BUTTON! MWAHA-" The rest of the lava covered his head just as he pressed the button. A minjo with a sledgehammer quickly went to work trying to free him.

"EEKUM BOKKUM!" Hundreds of robot voices sounded in unison as a hatch opened behind Devil Bottles.

"Uh-oh..." said Devil Bottles as he was trampled to the ground by the metallic army. The worker minjos were in a panic. They were running all over the place zapping everything with their electricity. One of them ran into a control panel and it began to glow and whir right before it exploded...

"NO! That was the machine we use to control the robots! Now they won't obey us," cried a minjo in a white labcoat.

Devil Bottles had since recovered as this was happening and was flying all over the place searching for Tooty and Alexi.

But tooty and alexi were flying high above the rest of the crowd with alexi's secret stash of blue feathers for flying.

"heh watch this!!"

*Alexi began to rain water eggs down on the robots and flying electricty. they all began to short out and blast eachother*

"Great idea alexi... but how do we get down safely now?"
