GE Decompressor - Perfect Dark

I am using the GEDecompressor created by SubDrag to decompress Perfect Dark. I remember using it before to decompress Banjo-Kazooie and all the .bin files were output to the directory the ROM I selected was in. I tried to Decompress Perfect Dark but when the program stops decompressing, I open up the folder the Perfect Dark ROM was in and there are no extra files. I don't understand where the .bin files are going to or even if they are going somewhere. When it finished decompressing the program then just stays idle but still uses heaps of memory. Any known solutions?

It might not work with PD. I think that was the one I had to go one by one (hacked in source code) maybe, and keep doing ranges, because it hit ones it went forever. Do you have an FTP site or MSN Messenger? I can get you the zip.
