I had a dog once. Loved the little fella. Bran was his name, a black and white Springer Spaniel. Sadly, he was stolen by some gits. Arse.

My sister had a cat named Spooky, all black. Ironcliy it was stolen out of our car when we moved from Atlanta to Florida.

I cant think of anything worse than having a pet stolen. At least when your pet passes away, you grieve and get over it. Knowing that they are still out there must be hard to cope with.

I dont trust myself with a pet. I wouldn't even buy a plant.

Yeah... actually, our previous dog died just two months earlier at the ripe old age of 16. He had been suffering from cancer, so it was sad, but still a bit of a relief to see him freed from his troubles. Having the next dog stolen was much, much worse. Especially after spending time searching for him, with no results.

My parents put my dog to sleep because he 'was bad'. He wasnt to me, they were the ones who smacked him with a news paper. -_- They said "We took him to doggy camp".

I had a suicidal goldfish when I was very young. Although the thing lived for a good 5 years during the time I had it (I have no idea how many years the other owners had it for), it spent most of its time jumping out of the water, smashing its head against the top of the tank. It died of a concussion obviously and is now resting somewhere in the sewer system. (The fish had died while I was at my Grandparent's house, so my dad just flushed it.)

My friends pets keep dieing from tumors. Her dog got them, then her mouse, now her other mouse has one and it's diing.

I have a cat who's name fluctuates every day, my friends and I just call her Oce-cat based on Ocelot from MGS.

I also have a Black Moore fish who is 13 years old, although he seems to be in a permanent mood with me for some reason.

I have a 12-year-old Lab/Greyhound mixed dog, Diamond. An Ornate box turtle, which I've owned for 8 years now. And 5 fish who are 6 years old.

I used to have two mice, Pixie and Dixie, but after Pixie was murdered by Dixie, my grandmother hastily bought a mouse of similar appearance, but was female, and that resulted in having about six children, plus three new mice we bought later on, resulting up to us having 12 mice altogether; not at once though. One mouse lived for about two and a half years, which was awfully surprising.

Then several years after they all passed away, I got three frogs and five fish. Can't remember what types they were, or if I bothered to name the fish, but the frogs were called Frogger, Froggy, and Slippy (unoriginal, I know. =( ). The fish died within a matter of weeks thanks to some suction thingy being too strong, and the frogs stuck around for a month before they were moved to the garage, as my room was being redecorated, and to be blunt, they stunk up the room like hell. I'm not quite sure what happened to the frogs, as since I was so busy decorating, I had little time to check on them, change the water or feed them, but my father said he looked after them, and a few months later, reported to me they had died, but for all I know he could've dumped them in a bin or something. He never informed me Pixie had died until eight years after that happened. =(

Currently, I have a five year old dog named Vegas. I got her after her mother was run down by a car, and her owner was giving four of them away, so I picked up little Vegas. We spoilt her too much, so now she's a self-centred, snobbish, snooty dick, but I love her.
I'm quite sure what breed she is. My mother says she's a springer spaniel + something else mix, while my auntie says there's a bit of greyhound in her. =/

My fish died yesterday :(, but other than that I have 3 cats, 2 hermet crabs, a tank full of rapidly multiplying fish, and previously a newt.
