Boxart! Screens! First, Today Rare and THQ officially struck a deal to publish Banjo-Kazooie: Grunty's Revenge on GBA. This means THQ will also be publishing Rare's other GBA titles that include Sabrewulf, Banjo Pilot (formerly Diddy Kong Pilot), and a new game called It's Mr. Pants. Rare's little friend Mr Pants has made small apperances in a few Rare games.

IGN mentioned it as a remake of an old Sinclair title, but I have yet to find information on the original game.

PJ, are you talking about BK:GR or "It's Mr Pants"? if it's bk:gr you're interested in, it should be out sometime this fall. I have no idea about it's mr pants.

by the way elisk, I've seen at least one picture you don't have on your site, it's the one in mumbo's hut with the transformations ready. you can find it at www.rarextreme.com, just search for the 2nd update about new banjo screens in over a year.

by the way, what's with the crappy fur shading on banjo with the boxart? and why does he have a tuft of hair sticking out of the top of his head? it just looks stupid.

ah, seems like you've updated since I made that post. i was referring to the mumbo transformation screen.

it's actually very smart of rare to just change the titles and base graphics for each of their GBA games instead of cancelling them all. this has happened with it's mr pants and banjo pilot, and quite frankly, i'm impressed by rare. that's a good solution to their loss of licensing diddy and donkey kong.
