And, once again, like many other posts of yours, you still sound uninformed.

Gears of War was never delayed. It hit it's release date.

Halo 3 was never delayed, it hit it's release date.

Gears of War 2 was never delayed. It hit it's release date.

Fable 2 was never delayed. It hit the release date set for it.

So did Dead Rising, Left 4 Dead, Fallout 3 (After bethesda took over and set its release date).

The only blockbuster title for the xbox 360 that I recall being delayed is Grand Theft Auto 4, and that is because Rockstar had difficulty with the ps3 version of the game, and was forced to delay the game several months so they could release the ps3 and 360 version at the same time.

Every great game by nintendo recently has been delayed, sometimes for a long time, Twilight Princess was delayed for nearly 2 years before being released. Ocarina of Time was delayed almost a year, Mario Galaxy was delayed, Smash Bros. Brawl, Metroid Prime 3 didnt hit its initial release date.

Sounds like when a microsoft press release gives us a release date, we can be sure as hell THAT is the day we are getting that game.

I remember TP's delay. In Nintendo Power back in '05 they had a contest to win it for the Gamecube. Then it came out, like, what, a year and a half later? AND it was a Wii launch title.

I heard about it in 04, I believe thats when its first trailer was released, I think it was the summer of 04 but dont quote me on that. At the time they said the game was very far in development and would be out within the year. All I remember is It was the summer after freshmen year of high school that I pre ordered that game, and then the wii came out and I got that and TP when I was a junior.
