VBA skin - Klungo sssavess teh world

Here is a skin for the Visual Boy Advance emulator using the "Klungo sssavess teh world" Border used in Klungos Arcade.

It was pritty easy to make, i wonder why this was not done before :D

Oh Ive had a thought, some people who have lower res screens might not get the whole picture :( but it fits perfect for me :)
