do you think we will ever see Mumbo without his skull? what is he anyway?

also how come in BK his skull only surrounds the first half of his head (like a mask) and in BT the skull is over his whole head??

Well according to the manual in Banjo-Kazooie when Grunty is defeated his face will go back to normal. So MAYBE in the end of the Banjo-Kazooie Series when they finally kill Grunty he'll turn back. Or they could of just droped the whole "When Grunty is defeated" idea and leave him like that.

Yes. Very probable. Or at the end of BK4, his mask falls and... The credit starts and we don't see his face:p

In MMM, you can see mumbo without his skull. Its in the dining room part. Its one of thoes paintings.

In MMM, you can see mumbo without his skull. Its in the dining room part. Its one of thoes paintings.
No He's still wearing the skull in that painting.

Well, Mumbo was redesigned in Tooie. Maybe that's his real face?

In tooie they made his skull less blocky.

Yes.
There is a small house near the entrance of mad monster mansion, if you enter there as pumpkin you will see mumbo..

And 2: You realize you actually HAVE to go there to get to Rusty Bucket Bay, right?

MUMBO: This very personal question. Stupid witch change Mumbo’s head to skull long time ago, supposedly it change back when Grunty beaten. Grunty get stomped plenty times since then. Mumbo still have skull head. Must be conspiracy. But like Mumbo say, he still handsome so no big deal. Also save money at Halloween.

ive always thought that mumbo without his skull whould look .... scary as if you remove someones face and saw the muscles and what not

This always puzzled me...I always though that according to the Banjo Kazooie manual, that Mumbo was under some kind of spell from Grunty. Wouldn't beating her have made him go back to normal?? Or does she actually have to be KILLED for that to happen?
I bet it isn't very nice looking under there anyways...
