What characters are on super smash bros 3...are there any new characters

I haven't heard about Nintendo releasing a character list yet, so for the time being, we'll just have to wait and guess. Sorry.

I'm pretty sure Wario, Toad, Diddy and King DeDeDe are gonna be in there. They haven't been confirmed, but I'm assuming they will be.

I'm sure there will be many new characters in the next game! :D I'm really hoping to see more Kirby characters myself, and maybe a few new Pokemon. Meowth would be fun to play as, don't you think?

hmm... I just love seeing the numerous characters sheets that have been posted all over the internet. :D I makes me realize that it actually will come. :)

Hopefully there will be a ton more characters then Melee, but they better keep my original best character. :mad:

Super Smash Bro's Melee 3

I could be technical and say there isn't even a "Super Smash Bros Melee 2", but since you sincerely mean the third in the "Smash Bros" series... I'll be nice ;)

Anyway, I'd be entirely happy with less characters. Am I the only one who thought there were too much in Melee? I'd have settled for an amount in between the original Smash Bros, and Melee... but that's just me.

No more Pokemon! That's all I ask. If they're going to increase the amount of characters, tap into other series, insead of grasping loosely at already used series. King Dedede? No.... why not use Pit from Kid Icarus? The guy can fly!

I really want to see some characters from Paper Mario:TTYD,probably Grodus or at least an escenary.

As much as I'd love to see characters from the various Mario RPGs, I don't think it'll happen. But Wario is a must for next time!

Poo'd be nice. As for me...to save you all from hours of ranting here are my top five.
1. Meta Knight
2. Zero (obviously needing Capcom's premission)
3. Lyn or Erika from the GBA fire Emblems.
4. Knuckles (needing Sega's permission this time)
5. Super Sonic (see above)

Meta Knight and the Fire Emblem girls are somewhat plausible, the others I doubt. But I can still dream right? :)

Too bad Sega can't give Nintendo permission because they're third-party. But it might be intresting to see Banjo/Kazooie in the mix.
