BK Texture Tool error..

I finally got the BK Texture Tool working on my computer, only to receive an error while trying to replace the textures :( the error message is:

"Texture not replaced!!

Expecting 64 x 64 16 Colour (Indexed)

Received 64 x 64"

So I obviously have the dimensions right, but I really don't know how to get "16 colour" (Indexed). I doubt the problem is that complicated, and any help would be appreciated :)

I dont know what app you are using to edit. But go to something to the effect of "Mode" and set it to Indexed. Like This.
