Is anyone in one (i.e. boyfriend, girlfriend)? Just my way of trying to return quality to the Almost Anything Goes forum...

Anyway, I've been with my girlfriend for 7th months

Currently I am not in one.

The breakdown goes a little something like this:
In a relationship: March 2005 - March 2005
Single: March 2005- February 2nd 2006
In a relationship: February 2nd 2006 - July 2007
Single: July 2007 - October 2007
In a relationship: October 2007 - October 2007 (LOL)
Single: October 2007 - November 2008
In a relationship: November 2008 - February 2009
Single: February 2009 - February 2009
In a relationship February 2009 - February 2009 (LOL again)

I've been in one for about 10 months, and it's going pretty well. I guess my longest was around 2 years. My shortest was probably a month. Anyway, congrats, emem. And Airman, good to see ya still holding together man :thumbsup:.....Honestly, sometimes being single is a blessing...I kinda miss not being able to do whatever I want, like end up wasted on my kitchen floor, or go out with the guys to shoot stuff with bb guns.....*Sigh* Those were the days :o

i gotta say i love every moment of it. It may be a long-distance relationship now but we are still going strong. :)

I've been with my girlfriend since my Senior year in High School 3 or 4 years ago, and now we're planning to get married next March.


I've had three or four other relationships prior to this, one when I was 14 that lasted until I was 16 or so...
Another that lasted a few weeks in my Junior year...
One that lasted a weekend!!! (that was a fun one though...)
And another that lasted like four months (but the girl had serious emotional problems and wasn't ready to handle a boyfriend...)

This one right now is by far the best I've ever had in my life!

Quite the bummer on my part, I'm having problems committing to a relationship nowadays. I'm afraid I reverted to random hookups which actually isn't so bad.

I was held back a year, so I was older than everyone in my class. My freshmen year I had moved 3 times, and during that several of my elective courses didn't transfer credits between schools, and I got incompletes in several classes because I was changing where I was in the course by switching schools so often.

When I finally ended up in Coopersville High, where I graduated from, I had very few credits that actually counted, and they made me be a freshmen again, it really sucked because it just plain wasn't my fault.

But yeah, I graduated in 07, we had a james bond themed graduation party, class of 007...get it ? lol.

We started dating junior year in 06.
