Too Much war

I loved the E3 showings of Conker Live and Uncut. But theres one thing that really bugged me. The only things they showed were "war" style things, the movies, images, everything. I thought the war chapter was great in Conker, but its too much of a good thing, Id like to see them parodize much more things in Conker than just war stuff. Also in the "Uncut version of Conkers Bad Fur Day" I hope they add more than war stuff, or else ill be dissapointed :/.

You do know that the war is in the Xbox Live half of the game. And it's the same war in the original. We're jsut getting some glimpses of what was going on at the time while Conker was going through his Bad Fur Day. However the Tediz aren't licked yet. We've got Space Tediz (and theyre female counter-parts the Doliz) to look forward to. Unless Rare was joking about that.

Actually there's two Mermaid Towns in the USA.

There's one in New Castle, Delaware; and another in Philadelphia,Pennsylvania.

My oppinion is that the war is the only thing they've shown because it was one of the most popular parts of the original Conker. Apparently it's a remake of Conker's BFD, but with updated graphics, more levels(I'd assume), and totally uncensored. Also, X-Box Live compatability. Which is the only thing which would make me buy an X-Box. The War multiplayer in BFD is the BEST multiplayer in my oppinion. Goldeneye was good, but got repetitive. War was different every time. I've spent hours playing just the multiplayer with my friends.

The only war game I find fun is Advance Wars. Sorry but I just can't stand standard war games.....

Well the best FPS is of course Metroid Prime :P with a close runner up of Goldeneye. But I still think Conker had the best war levels that I've ever played. Though war games aren't my style of gaming anyways. But as I said, Conker as a game is popular, but the war level is the most popular part of the game, so of course they're going to have that as their trailer.

Yeah fps do tend to use areas that look similar (Halo) but when there are hoards of guys and youre blasting away, ah, thats amore.

I'll be brief on why I dislike FPS

Motion sickness: The only type of game that gives me that, but only in swirving corridors

I just plain suck at them: Nuff said

People sneak up behind you: *shiver* I hate it when I'm being attacked by an enemy I can't locate

I get lost: A lot

Limited ammo and different guns: Those just plain confuse me to the point where I don't want to learn how to use them, limited ammo just tops it all off if I don't have a secondary attack.

Fear Factor: Getting scared in games is NOT fun, I don't care what you say


Metriod Prime solves most of these problems and that's why I like it. <(^v^)>

Yes, Doom is the best. Even better when you learn how to make your own levels ;) Same goes for RtcW.
