For those of you that remember the ol' Commodore 64 there is a big event being held in Brighton, UK on Saturday and yesir we are going. There's gonna be a big geekfest day, and then a big concert with remixed version of all the old 8bit classic music from the likes of Rob Hubbard, Ben Dalish etc.

w000, Yessir, I'm goin' home. :)

Rob Hubbard Unplugged: Rob playing a selection of his own hits, acoustically.
Press Play on Tape: Those Danes are back, and better than ever!
Stuck In D'Eighties Five mad musicians, Ben Daglish, Mark Knight, Reyn Ouwehand, Marcel Donné and Andreas "Morpheus" Wallstrom. A new, raw group dedicated to SID. Woooo!
Event hosted by Ben Daglish and madfiddler
Climaxing with "Monty on the Run" played by PPOT, Rob, Ben and Mark
Plus huge screen behind the performers!!

It's enough to make a grown man cry. :)

oh yeah.. then does that mean that Australia has the same shipping date as UK? cuz if they do then thats probably how they got confused.

but I don't think they have the same ship dates, do they?

We dont usually get the same shipping dates as the UK. Usually we get it after the US but before the UK. However it really depends on the game and everything.

Ahhhhh.... The commodore 64. That was the first computer I ever owned. I still got it in a box somewhere. Man i wish i lived in the UK aswell.

The Commodore 64 was the first computer that got me into hacking. Me and my bro got an Action Replay for it one christmas and it went from there. Funny, I never imagined back then that I would actually be working for the company that made it 21 years down the line.

Who do you work for now Ice? Does this mean you're way older than us? Perhaps in the *gasp* 30's? Yes, but anyways, what was this game about? I mean, it sounds way before my time.

Commodore 64 is not a game it is a computer system. A very old and basic computer system but not a game. it would have 5 and 1/2 inch floppy discs (If i remember correctly) and you could play games and stuff on them. I remember some good games from the console. I liked the Summer Olympic Games. It was a game i owned. oh and The Sport of Kings. I remember making Millions in that game. ahhhhhh good memories.

hehe, Spy vs Spy and Manic Miner were games that I loved back then. Of course Track n Field, Hyper Sports, Cauldron, Ark Pandora, Ghosts n Goblins, Fist 2, IK+....so many to list. Amazing.

I work for Datel.

i have our old C64 set up in my room, and am in the process of creating my second game for it.

sometimes i think that my Commodore 64 could work better than our PC, but i just get mad at our PC sometimes.

i remember Choplifter and (i think) Mrs. Pac-Man. and some game with a little space ship... i'll look it up.

anyone download CCS64?
