We have drive-thru ATM's here in Canada, but theyre made of reinforced steel, no bullet or hammer is going to penetrate them, and if you did you'd get caught pretty easily, since theyre only located in places like parking lots of big shopping malls where it's always crowded.

There is no tube bank teller thing however lol.
