I need some sprite help

So I am beginning to make a game, but I need help with sprites. I am using RPG Maker 2003 so its not very advanced but I am not sure what to do with it or how to add sprites. If you can help me with the sprite process or lead to a place that can help that would be great. Thanks [<3]
