I thought the state of cheese is always in a state of flux with 'mouldiness' which is what makes it differ from milk or yoghurt.
However there is a point in which the mouldiness becomes inedible. Probably when it turns green. My textual response is, 'f**king disgusting'.

No, I don't like moldy anything. Mold is something I try to avoid all together, yah know?

Oh yeah, I absolutely love moldy cheese. Especially when it gets that thick layer of green or white fuzz. the texture in your mouth is so sat-...

No, I don't like the idea.
The same goes for black cheese.
If your cheese is black you are in cheese trouble.

Unless you were referring to plain old mold growing on six month old cheese that was in the back of the refrigerator. Then in that case no.
