From this I have not listened to:
1095 tracks. That's 2 days, 13 hours, 5 minutes, 11 seconds of music unlistened. 5.21 GB.

I am currently listening through the "Never Listened" section in WinAmp, trying to level out the playing field a little. I'm listening to "Trouble" by Coldplay.

Yes, depending on what mood I'm in. I mean, I might leave a band like a few months of even have a year before I listen to them again, but just because I don't listen to them for a while, why should I delete them from my library?

Yes. Shuffle is my friend, and, as DB said, it depends on the mood I'm in. Plus, I'm sort of a collector- I listen to only video game music, so I like knowing that I have, for example, all the main Mario game soundtracks, or all the main Pokemon game soundtracks... always good to have with me in case I want to listen to them.

On my iPod (not going to count the almost double in iTunes because that extra is all "missing" songs and iTunes sucks and I can't get rid of them all unless I do it manually... one song at a time, so...) there be:
21. 38 gigs, 8748 songs, 10 days, 2 hours, 58 minutes, 1 second.

EDIT: Found a way to remove the "missing" or "broken" songs all at once, so my iTunes stats:
