Looks like more pokemon of the 4th generation have been released [/bored]
Check it out: http://www.serebii.net/diamondpearl/pokemon.shtml
I think most of them suck... Why don't they do a dragon/dark or a dragon/ghost type?
Also I hope manafi isn't the next Mew/Celebi/Jirachi because he is the worse of all.

Isn't this the 5th generation?
Red/Blue (Only 100 or something, all of them kick-ass)
Gold/Silver (Starting to ween)
Ruby/Sapphire (These guys suck!)
Emerald (They really are reaching for it, aren't they?)

Actually the emerald is the Ruby/Sapphire gen :)
And I agree with you repo, the first generation rocked and they slowly went to dump...
I mean, have you seen Beldum or Claydol? What the f*** are those things???

They are dolls that eat your souls.
They should stop making new pokemon, go back to the old set, and just expand red+blue. No Coliseam.

Well, you can where eBaum credited the creato.........OH WAI-
I've heard from NGC (don't ask me how I obtained a copy in America) that there will be a Pokemon game where you get asked a series of questions. After that, you turn into a Pokemon (depening on your answers) and do stuff as that Pokemon. Kind of creepy. If I play, I do NOT want to be Mr. Mime!

I just recently started going to that website, and saw that they announced the types of some of the 4th Generation Poke-types yesterday...I think some of them are pretty cool, but I'm afraid that there will be some really lame ones this time around...let's hope not. Let's hope not. Sadly, I can't wait for Diamond and Pearl to be released! That and B2 (Banjo-Twinnie) would be the reason for me buying the DS. Nothing else, really...

I too am awaiting the next set of Pokemon Games. I've got nearly all of them already so I may as well accept the fact that i'm a cash bucket for Nintendo. :p

While we are on the topic... Pokemon Master (http://www.ebaumsworld.com/videos/pokemon-master.html)
That's just sad...
...but ahem! Most of the new Pokemon they come out with aren't so bad. I just don't like it when they keep adding evolutions to Pokemon that really don't need it. I mean Snorlax? Snorlax was perfect without a pre-evolved form!

Topic Moved: Nintendo owns Pokemon?
I would say that the new pokemon were just as lame as the third generation. Would. Unfortunately, I <3 Tamanta, so I can't.

The only Pokemon game I own is Yellow, and I'm prus of it!
These new Pokemon are getting weirder and weirder every minute. See, ther's Jigglypuff. Looks like something you see in Pokemon. Then, you see Sneasel. The name even sounds unappealing.

i liked the first games, and when Gold & Silver came out i loved them. they were the best ones in my opinion. I mean they had the whole clock thing and all and i loved that! and then here comes Ruby and Sapphire, which just sh*t all over that concept. and there were practically NO old pokemon on there either. and I didnt really like the new ones either excpet for the ralts and gardevoir ones, they rocked.
And another thing i dont get, LeafGreen and FireRed have been out a while and they STILL have not come down in price. Thats how Nintendo likes to piss me off. A good example: LoZ: The Wind Waker HAD to have sold more than enough units to make the player's choice list, yet for 3-4 long years it did not lower in price and go to the PC list. NIntendo trying to make a profit.

I liked all of the Pokemon generations so far, but this one isn't looking all that great...I mean, what's with all of the evolutions to existing Pokemon? C'mon, Nintendo! Be a bit more creative than that! I think Snorlax, Sneasel, and the others were fine without them.
Lucario has a very cool design, though. :D I'd *love* to see a Dark/Dragon type myself!

I agree with most people, Pokemon is slowly getting worse and worse, but I'll end up getting the next games anyways. All my friends play the games, but no one watches the TV or the trading card game anymore. I'm actually excited for it, most Pokemon games give me 30+ hours of playing, just to beat the game.

Before I would have bought them no matter what, but now that I have played much better RPGs, I'm betting I won't BUY them. MAYBE a rental and if they're good enough a buying will take place. sadly, I won't be able to buy or borrow this new one from a friend like I have done before because pretty much none of my friends have a DS and if they do they aren't interested in it ( the system and the pokémon game ). at least I'm pretty sure they aren't.

New Pokemon games, new Pokemon...
If the Pokemon look like or have names like 'Nosepass' or 'Luvdisc' or 'atdklf', I'll pass on the next generation. I like the first one because... well... it came first... >_>
