I'd love to be able to do it, but I wouldn't, I'd be way too paranoid.

APK is a strong supporter of "Leave No Trace" - an initiative to leave our training areas in better condition than before we got there. So far we've collectively picked up over 197 bags of trash from parks, woodlands, and urban areas

So, you've left a trace.

Freerunning has always interested me. Watching videos is kind of hypnotic.

Yeah, some of my friends do, but I'm far too large and stiff to do any myself. It really is awesome to watch, though.

Try Gorilla PK. It's Parkour for people past a certain weight limit. It uses your mass as a way to gain momentum.

I really want to do this. I can't find any schools or anything for it around where I live though.
