If you can not send your voice, and you want to be in, I'll voice for you. I suck though.

Some character designs (I won't show pics. In fact, I might not, as it turns out I have no artistic skill more on that later):

Grey: A hopping gravestone that says, "Here lies Grey". If he talks, it's either subtitles or a ghostly voice.

Gold: We all know what Gold looks like

Blue: He showed you all.....

Me: A Grim Reaper with a goatee and rainbow robe.


Now, as I have said before, I suck at drawing which might cause a problem in my flash. Now, I am proposing for a group effort. We need one or two artistic drawers with Flash (or one artisitc drawer and one with flash). Also, due to my lack of...depth...in voice, I need someone with a mic to cast in for those without. I can write long scripts, voice myself, and maybe even make a flash or two. I just need to outsource some of my stuff to you.

Why don''t you give us the scripts so we can do it before the animations are there. It's easier to do the animations for the sound then the sound for the animations. Plus, it will be done quicker.

Let me see the script.....hm....just do your voice. I found s.w.a.t does an excellent n00b voice. Wait 5 or so seconds between each dialouge not yours.

NOTE: If you can fix the problem we have, you will have a dedication at the end of every episode.

I think they're going to have to be sent by email. As far as I know, you can't add attachments in PM's.

A few things of note:
-I've started on the various parts of this project. The audio for one project is done and I've recorded the lines for my own.
-I've started work on the actual flash animations, although these will take a good amount of time especially with my current schedule. (I'm already dreading the upcoming fun of lip synching the audio and I haven't even started most of the character models.) These will definitely see the light of day though. :)

Edit: I'm still hoping that others with Flash would work on some of these as well. It's going to be extremely tough to do several of these on my own in a reasonable amount of time. :-/

-Character models are...well, they're going at least. I'm not used to developing more than 4 or 5, but with a lot of RWP personalities to cover, this'll take a bit. The ones for the first few animations take precedence though.
-Several backdrops are done. They look pretty awesome to me, but that'll be up to you, the audience to decide. ;)
-Basic sound editing for clarity and volume is in the works.

Whatever the case, things are definitely coming together. :)

Day something:
Well, things are flowing better again in my life (the only way I can describe it is everything fell into place. Things are different, but this doesn't always equal a bad thing) and so I should be able to work on the movies again. However, it's going to be slow going.







Things may go a bit slower even beyond that due to the fact I can go a bit overboard when it comes to Flash. For instance, repo wanted to have an elevator scene. The original idea meant for it to be a bit of a plain thing, such as a white box or the like. Well..lets just say that the 50% complete version of that elevator can be seen below. ;) Now if only I can get somewhere on the character models...:-/ (They just keep stalling out for some reason).

I haven't made any refernces to homestarrunner in this whole thread. This elevator has nothing to do with the Homestarrunner. The elevator is used for Ice Lightning's intro (which is the pilot episode). This elevator will be used for every episode with n eleavator.

Perhaps I was just connecting 'bonus stage' with homestarrunner. Anyways, after looking around the internet, I found out what bonus stage is, and watched the first 6 or so episodes. Although I'm not quite sure why I'm connected with the character Phil, seeing as he portrayed as a miserable, sulking person, but I digress.

That aside, is there anything I can do to help this along. I do not have flash, but I do have a microphoner and could possibly provide voices. Also, I'm somewhat proficient with photoshop.

Simply put, they're going (I ended up starting two of them at the same time). The amount of time I have to work on the project is at an extreme minimum right now due to a lot being up in the air for me, but I have been able to get stuff going here and there. It's just going to take awhile before any kind of final product hits the streets. :-/

Assuming things don't go as planned, chances are it's going to mean more, at least for a bit. However, if things do work out...well, I imagine it would be less, but it's hard to say. All I can say is that I hope that June is a far better month than May was for a lot of reasons.

Edit: I've worded this wrong a bit. Work in this case = my job. Basically what I'm saying is if things go the way I want them to, I should have more time to develop the RWP shorts.
