Favorite Book - I always enjoyed the Ender quartet by Orson Scott Card, along with Salem's Lot by Stephen King.
Favorite Movie - The Star Wars series, by far.
Favorite Song - Ha, I can't say that I have a favorite song; usually, my 'favorite song' is just a song I have stuck in my head that day.
Favorite Band - My favorite band is always changing, but lately it's been System Of A Down.
Favorite Game - Super Mario World, hands down.
Favorite TV Show - FAMILY GUY.
Favorite Food - If I'm eating at home, it would have to be Banquet microwave dinners. If I'm eating fast food, it would definately be McDonald's.

TV Show: It surprises people to learn that I don't watch TV. But I do like Whose Line is it Anyway.

Book: Recently it's been the DaVinci Code, but usually my favorite defaults to Ken Kesey's One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest.
Movie: As I've said in the past, I'm a film major so I have a lot. Akira Kurosawa's Ran, the original Star Wars trilogy, Apocalypse Now, and Anchorman all stand out in my mind though.
Song: Chrono Cross OST - Time's Scar
Favorite Non-Video Game Song: This is a fierce tie between Semisonic's Closing Time and The Eagles' Desperado. Boulevard of Broken Dreams also ranks up there as well, along with Feel Good Inc.
Band: Like films, I have a lot. One's that seem to pop up on my playlists the most though include: The Eagles, The Beatles, Green Day, MCR, Pink Floyd, Semisonic, Gorillaz, and U2.
Game: CHRONO TRIGGER
TV Show: For current shows, I have to go with House (and Family Guy, although the newer stuff is starting to lose something). For cancelled shows, I have to go with Firefly.

Choosing your favourite of anything is very difficult, isn't it? :p

Book - His Dark Materials by Philip Pullman is super good. As is most everything by Douglas Adams.
Movie - Donnie Darko, Pulp Fiction, Napoleon Dynamite, Sin City and Shaun of The Dead are all films I love. I couldn't narrow them down any further, though. :p
Song - That'd damn near impossible to say, as I always go through cycles of different songs being stuck in my head. "High Hopes" by Pink Floyd is great, mind.
Band - I like far too many bands, and for far too many different reasons to narrow my favourites down to one, or even a dozen bands and artists. I love pretty much everything the following have to offer: Pink Floyd, Muse, The Beatles, Franz Ferdinand, Rufus Wainwright, Nine Inch Nails, Jethro Tull, Seo Taiji, Rob Dougan, Weird Al Yankovic, MCR, Queen, Alkaline Trio, The Arcade Fire, U2, Ernie Ford, REM, The Smashing Pumpkins, HIM, Sonic Youth, Thin Lizzy, Johnny Cash. I could go on. I'm not very good at this favourism business, am I?
Game - Banjo-Kazooie wins Teh Prize. As does Chrono Trigger, F-Zero GX, Majora's Mask, Super Mario World, Paper Mario 2, Golden Sun, Yoshi's Island, and every Rare game ever created.
TV Show - Father Ted, Family Guy, Spaced and a bit of The Simpsons are enough to keep anybody entertained. Especially if they're immensely childish like me. :p
Food - Anything Italian. Oh, yes. Mmm...
