Anyway, I have no idea how Twilight Decks work, but I guess it involves milling the deck a lot.

I share this story a lot but back in the day (like WAY back, pre-starer deck evolutions yugi/kaiba) I was the only one in my yugioh group who had SORL so everyone ran weather report against me

Yeah. But you don't build a deck to deal with another deck.
I could understand it being in a counter deck, but...
At least Weather Report is more useful than Griffon Wing.
SORL is used more...and WR can do attack and defend if need be.

I'm thinking 2 at the moment cause it's not really a true twilight deck, the concept is like, 2 gardna 1 plaguespreader 1 gorz with bls splashed in (and burial from the diff dimension to get the first 3 back into the grave)

but I only own half the cards for the deck right now so I'm not sure yet
