Both shots hit Jack, who staggered painfully back from the terrible combination of darkness and light. The jet black smoke cleared from him, leaving the natural smoke fires to cloud him instead. From behind the veil, Jack glared at the brothers venomously.

Jack: "So, I see how it is going to be. We'll fight in this inferno, and only one party is going to leave. I think I like it - it's real exciting, you know?!"

Jack chucked his dagger into the ground, and as soon as the tip penetrated the dry earth, a ring of black smoke appeared around him, taking up most of the meadow's area. While inside the ring, all of Jack's abilities would be radically increased, perhaps giving him a fair chance to take on Sabata and Django.

Jack returned to his typical uneven, crouched battle stance, and then dove into some rather out of place casual talk.

Jack: "So, what are the chances that you would make me a vampire, Django? If it'd work at all - not sure, since I'm already dead."

Oh, awesome, you guys got to see some of my RPing on a different forum. That's my character Jack, he's an undead ex-Grim Reaper. This must have been me copying it into Word to spell check, and then copying that back to paste it in the forum window.
