For those of you who have seen my on old forums, you know that I am always making some website or anything. They usually last two weeks at most and then fade away into the abyss of nothingness.

THIS TIME however I think its different. THIS time...I think I finally got a website I am going to stick with.

This post has dual meaning. It is to (obviously) advertise my website, but it is also to explain my recent absence and upcoming absence. I'll still be here, but for a week or so I'll be fading. I will become a regular poster of RWP once again in a week or two.

On the other hand it also has forums. Now bare with me, these are FREE forums and I haven't gotten a chance to customize it never much or anything. I hope to have a new skin or two done later today.

The problem with internet is percievieng. Without emotion behind something, you get a solid one way sentence and have to make it out for yourself. Sort of like Keannu Reeves acting.

And I'm having problem percieving if that was sarcasm, or if there is seriously nothing wrong with the text =P.

I like the layout and the colors and everything. I didn't really have a problem reading anything. There is something I noticed in Gamebox, though. The horizontal frame with the navigational links at the top doesn't show all the links at once, and I have to select the text and scroll down within the frame to see them all. I haven't really noticed any other problems.

Eh, really? Thats odd...It displays them all fine on my computer. Hmm. Can you provide any EXACT browser statistics...like...are you using Internet Explorer, what is your browser side (800x600?) etc. Thanks.

Also, is anyone else having this problem?

I'm using the latest version of Internet Explorer (whatever that is). The resolution is 1280X1034 on a laptop. I changed the resolution several times to see if that was the problem, but I still saw the same thing. The Neobox and Forums links are what got cut off.

EDIT: I took screenshots of exactly what is happening if that helps.

:eek: HOLY CRAP. You were still working on this? :D I thought this project had disappeared also...

Anyways, it definitely come a long way since the old beta one I saw before, and looks great. Anyways, I don't see any bugs, and if you are willing to take submissions, once I finish my flash projects, along with my Sonic project (hey, I'm still working on it! Wait, only grey really knows what I'm talking about.), I might submit it to your site.

Wow..John, thats pretty messed. Your font is FREAKISHLY huge. The weird thing is I set my site by CSS so you shouldn't have a choice in font size (except in the poll). So how your font got that big, I'm not sure...

Its suppose to look along these lines...

Yeah I've noticed based on your poll size. For instance obviously as you've seen all of my text is smaller than yours. On the other hand, your poll is the same size as mine...if not a little smaller. And that is suppose to be the variable size. That is..truly odd.

Blech... John.... having fonts displayed with ClearType is awful ;) Maybe it's just me, but it always gives me headaches reading text with that set.

The site looks fine for me, though.

It looks a lot better on a laptop than on a regular monitor. Standard looks kind of jagged on a laptop.

Anyway, I figured out the problem. The DPI was increased to compensate for the resolution size. After I lowered it, it was fine.

I think it's pretty good so far. b^^d The layout is nice-looking, and all that good stuff. Also, those sprite sheets and AIM buddy icons are neat... I like 'em. Keep up the good work, Grey. :cool:
