Is anyone looking forward to the next gen sonic? Here are some videos-

Sonic and the Secret Rings (http://youtube.com/watch?v=gK8IExhnXpU)
(aka Sonic WildFire (http://youtube.com/watch?v=6ZdcSyR5UPI))
Sonic The Hedgehog (http://youtube.com/watch?v=yJdoABZryZg) (Vid. 2 (http://youtube.com/watch?v=5X0AdtAaYJU))

Only Sonic and the Secret Rings. Looks like a good 'ol Sonic game, compared to the newer some-what crap Adventures and utter crap Heroes. I'm hoping SatSR will bring Sonic back to his former glory.

Things just haven't been the same since Sonic 3[and Knuckles].

Acctuly, in Next Gen, you can play in Super Form on every level once you get all S Ranks.

Well, at least there won't be any camera problems or clunky controls in this one.

Next-Gen, on the other hand... :-/

Hey now that's a neat idea.
Where did you read that?

Why did Sega forget about Hyper Sonic? It makes me sad .

Yeah, the SonicNEXT game does look good, reusing at lest one new character for once and adding 50+ more to the roster of the current Sonic gaming (). The SonicNEXT game though looks to be focused more on story then action. Sonic and the Secret Rings is more "GET-RINGS-AND-GO-OMFG"-like and that's why I'll like it better, probably. I liked the old Sonic games that were just plain and simple: Grab rings, defeat bosses, get chaos emerald. Sure, Sonic 3 advanced more into story, but still greatly retained the action element of the Sonic franchise. But the newer ones, Adventures and others, have mainly been about a Mario 64 like world. Which I dislike.

Sonic and the Secret Rings goes one way, SonicNEXT goes the other, basically.

Acculty allong with the all S rank things is a Hidden Last Level, that might be hyper. I'm not shure on this one but I am shure on the Super thing, you can go super on the demo (its posted on Gamefaqs somewhere)

Same with Hyper Knuckles and Turbo Tails. :approve:

I think they look good, both of them. And I HATE camera problems. Some are so severe you have to restart the level. :( WildFire seems a good solution to camera problems, although you know there'll be at least one camera problem in there (Always happens with the 3D platformers ).

EDIT: What's up with the triple post? It really isn't necessary...
