Well, I was looking for a number of things on ebay, and accidently caught a person selling a square foot of Sherwood Forest. Yes the ol Robin Hood tale. I guuuuuessss it's sorta legit, I don't know, seems like a scam, they are selling a lot of it, claim you get it for 1000 years.
Anyways, the scam would be after they buy for say 20 bucks, as was price above, then you charge them hundreds for upkeep of your little one square foot every week, and also tax them for it.
