Wario's biz is back in this sequel to the smash hit WarioWare Inc.: Mega Microgame$ for the GBA. With over two-hundred mini-games to unlock and an innovative new multi-player mode this game is worthy to be called a Wario Ware game! Here's my review:
Gameplay: This game is so easy to get into and fun to play that you will get hooked on the game from the first minute you start.
Difficulty: Hard to learn and easy to master. If this is your first time playing a Wario Ware game then it'll take a bit to get what this game is about, but you'll learn soon enough.
Graphics: The graphics are purpossly bad and crazy to make the games more zany. But it can get annoying after a while.
Fun Factor: High
Sound: The sound in this game is mostly sound effects, which are well done. In the single player mode when you are climbing this elevator to reach a boss, the music becomes more intense and plays faster as you get closer and closer to the boss.
Multiplayer: The big difference from the GBA version to the Gamecube version is the addition of 12 multiplayer modes that involve battling against 2-16 other players or helping eachother out to see how good you can do as a team. The multiplayer modes are very inventive and fun to play overall. Some are better than others, but the variety and sheer fun will keep you playing for hours. They range from a straight forward elimination mode to an e-reader themed card match to a mode that requires players to listen to the doctor's orders to win. So. in short terms, multiplayer... is... awesome...
Replay Value: While the single player mode is easy once you get the hang of the microgames, there are also other single player modes to unlock. This game doesn't have a high replayability level once you get the hang of it, so unless of course you play multiplayer, which will bring you back for more.
Buy or Rent?: Definatly buy! (See price)
Price: Are you ready for this... Only $30.00! (Sure it is only the GBA game with multiplayer, but whatever...)
Final Verdict: Awesome game, and definatly worth the price of 30 bucks. 8.5/10
So, now that you have my ideas of what the game is like, I want to know what you think. So, get out there and post!
