The ocean, or any body of water with unimaginable depth...

Imagine swimming around knowing the sea floor is literally miles beneath your feet... That's scary as hell. The light can't even penetrate through that much water. The darkest place on earth. And we know so little about the deepest parts of it. :-/

But the worse nightmare i have was about a weird parking slot, with walls bledding and things like that! scary.

I didn't have a monster under may bed.

There wasn't any room.

I had one of these beds that had built in storage under it.
And then I had a bunk bed, but without the bottom bed.
My consoles, drawers and TV were under there.

But my fear...nothingness, emptiness...something completely devoid of anything.

And mental pictures of like eyeballs split in half and such.

I'm always so very afraid of drowning.

I mean... I'm not afraid of death most of the time. Not that I want to die... Certainly not. But I feel that when the time comes where I must pass on, and it's time to go... I'm not scared of that. It happens to everyone, and I know I won't live forever. That time will come, and I know I have to be strong and face it. But... Drowning... That's the kind of horrific death I do NOT want to endure.

For one thing, I'm terrified of water. I mean... even just looking at a deep body of water makes me freeze up completely, leaves me quaking in my boots. I cannot STAND even looking toward the ocean! And going into a body of water? The feeling... When I'm just gazing at the sea, I feel like my spirit is diving into a mental pool of fright. Diving... diving... And once I get into the water? My very soul will have plunged into the depths of that pool of fright... Leaving me helplessly afraid of the water I'm in.

The thought of dying like that... Being left unable to breath, the water being sucked into your lungs, everything just... shutting down. Ugh. What a way to go. :-/ And it's just so freaking scary to think about that.

I always wish that, when the time DOES come when I must pass on, whenever that may be, I wouldn't die because of that. I'd never want to go through that final terrifying moment.

Wow. Sorry about the rant, guys. This thing just chills me to the bone, you know? I needed to let this all out.

I've always been afraid of being buried alive. After watching this (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eIMEenEvGnM) two weeks ago on the telly, my fears grew evermore. Like, can you imagine people thinking your dead when your not? Then your lying there, listening to the people talk about everything, then hearing and feeling the dirt go all on you......eech.

Geez, I'm giving myself the goosebumps just typing this.

Loneliness.

To have no one...no family, no friends, no anything...THAT is my largest fear.

Being burned alive is my worst fear. Anything having to do with fire scares me.

I saw an episode of CSI that made that fear worse: a girl tried to commit suicide by burning herself alive, but she didn't die and when the CSI group found her, they thought she was dead until she opened her eyes and looked up at them. It was probably the freakiest thing I had seen in a very long time. Her entire body was in horrible shape and the doctors had to pull off the burned skin... urgh. Fire is scary for me.

(On the other hand, I love the ocean and find it very amazing. Then again, I grew up with the Atlantic Ocean as my backyard. o-O)
