$13 per hour is decent if its a entry-level wage.
My entry level wage at my work is $16.75 per hour and they bumped it up to $18.05 per hour after probation. But, thats based on my age so people that I work with get less.

You should feel lucky; minimum wage here for under 18s is about £3 an hour. Minimum wage for over 18s is about £4.
That's pathetic! Granted, I earn more than that but when minimum wage is $10, you're still better off than a whole lot of people over here
