I intend to purchase a particular guitar.

I wish to purchase an Ibanez Talman (TCY10E), specifically the Transparent Blue Burst colouration.
My reasoning is this:
a) It's an Acoustic Guitar with an Electric Pickup, and an inbuilt tuning system.
b) I have been led to trust Ibanez guitars.
c) It is relatively light.
d) It has a Rosewood Fretboard. (I don't know why, but I've specifically wanted Rosewood...)
e) It's blue.
f) I like the shape.

Can the better informed guitar playing section of the RWP advise me on whether or not this decision is a good one?

You've given plenty reasons to purchase it. Try it out and if you enjoy how it plays, then go for it.

That is the unfortunate part of it. I am not aware of any shop near where I live that stocks it. I would have to order it off of the internet, so I wouldn't be able to actually see how it sits, or how it feels before purchasing it.
What I'm going to do is see if any shops can actually order it in, but I'm fairly sure if they do I'm pretty much obligated to buy it anyway.

You might have to trek further out to try it out. It'll be worth it and cheaper in the long run if you end up not liking it.

Ibanez guitars are very, very good. I see nothing wrong with this particular model; but it's not my ideal guitar.
