A Text based RPG

I started making a text based RPG. The idea is that I was going to make a very basic and small RPGish sort of game where you go to different areas and search for stuff or enemies to advance. The story is mostly just "Kill all mid-bosses then go for the final one" and you can talk to different people around town for different things.
It may not be great when finished, or even good, but It's still something.

It doesn't work right now because of an addition I was making got me stuck missing one of these { or these }, and some of the combat stuff is still un-working from me messing with it.
If anyone is interested in helping me out, you have free use of any assets from the game for your own personal projects.
I have a lot of the stuff already planned out for it, but I realize that in order to figure out how to make this thing work, I'm going to have to ask for help.

Update: I was unable to fix the problem as it is right now, so I rolled back to an earlier working version

Right now I don't know when I'll have time to work on it some more, so that's all I got right now. I'll consider posting another update if I can get equipment working.

Thanks!, and yes it is in Java. I used the free program Eclipse to make it.

I'd love one that isn't Corruption of Champions. Text-Based RPGs are fantastic and just wonders for imaginative people.

Sorry to "Bump" this thread. But I am curious and inquiring about the progress of this project. I really liked the idea of it and will gladly offer to be a tester when you have a version ready for those to test for errors/review.

Right now I was going to finish up some of the stuff relating to different types of items (such as armor and weapons) I was going to post a new version after finishing up this stuff, but I ran into some difficulty with some of the old code I had and decided to rewrite a bunch of stuff to be less confusing.
Like this: Text1 = MonsterData.MInfo(Battle.Monsters[BombCounter - 2]).getMonsterName() + " defeated";
All it does is "MonsterName defeated"
I hope that as soon as I finish up a small bit of ItemTypes that I can post a new test version to show people where I'm at.

Thanks for your interest! I'll be glad to hear your opinions when it's ready.
