Hotline Miami 2: Wrong Number

For those that are not aware, Hotline Miami 2: Wrong Number was released this week on PC and PS4. It is a sequel to the very unique and frustrating Hotline Miami, a 2D top-down shooter with a 90s-neon aesthetic. Wrong Number takes place before and after the events of the first game, and honestly the story segments are so well done in the sequel. The gameplay is mostly the same - brutally hard levels that you'll play a thousand times, each attempt getting a little better. The music is as awesome as the first game.

Anybody played it yet? I absolutely love it.

I'm waiting for more reviews to come out, but I hope it's good. I loved the original, the unique music and graphics styles set the perfect atmosphere for the game and the gameplay was a perfect example of easy to learn, hard to master. My two gripes with the original were how much RNG there was on each individual attempt depending on what weapons dropped and how completely unbalanced the various mask abilities were.
