Do you like Polls?

Because Whyme does and I have no idea why, state your opinions as to why and stuff. Personally I dislike them opinion is best demonstrated in a post then a push and click.

Well when you think about it, you can only choose two options, you just have to choose the right option AND you just proved my point, with a poll you didn't really discuss why you chose secret option 3 did you?

For me I don't think it matters much, whether or not a thread is a poll. A poll thread won't keep me from elaborating, it just, I dunno, gives a different atmosphere. Because I am cursedly/wonderfully unsure or devoid of my opinion so often, or because I don't see a good enough reason to respond, I won't. When in a poll, I may post a reply without voting because I do not want to vote where I am unsure. Or I'll vote without replying because a response might seem redundant.

I do not know what my goal was in writing that.

I dislike polls because they make you choose either one or the other, and you cannot hover between the two or digress from the choices completely.

You can always try the sites FAQ tab for that. When you make a thread, before submitting it, scroll down and check the checkbox for polls that will take you to a poll-making page when you submit your thread.
