I've been busy playing Tekkit. I don't have any projects in the rwp world anymore...

I am going to install the buildcraft mod eventually, once the SMP version is upgraded to version 3. I've been playing with buildcraft in cretive single player, I haven't worked much out but its fun and would be a great addition to the server. Oil will only be found in a newly generated desert, but a community oil well could be easily created for people to pump oil out, or just run the combustion engine on lava.

I am happy for Buildcraft (and IC), so long as it is via generating new chunks and not a map reset.

You may want to wait until after everything catches up with the big 1.3 SP/SMP Mod API merger though.

I personally plan on looking into a big "pure" Thaumcraft 3 server.

I just really don't feel very challenged by much of the game anymore, and nobody ever being on has a big part in it too, I hate being on there all alone.

FoundDiamonds plugin has been upgraded.
mcMMO has had another large upgrade, you can go find out whats new.

..and a couple of admin plugins also have been updated for, well..admin stuff

GM2K and I have spent some time on single player checking out Buildcraft, once version 3 supports SMP and after the next minecraft update I will look into how to install it. Its not a simple change to the server like all the other plugins are. It will also require a client mod to use buildcraft.

I'd include some screen shots of my refinery I built, but I had a bit of a cooling problem, couldnt keep up enough water to the combustion engines and they all blew up, leaving a huge meteor crater size hole. And I had finally just got my auto quarry mining running.

Of course, any approved players can nominate friends even if they are not part of RWP or Pokebay. Give them the links for the two messages threads to keep a check on.

Minecraft login servers have been down for several hours, which why no one can log on to any server.

UPDATE: seems to be working now

Attached is an image of Catherine's and my storage room. Anyone else like to show off your storage area?

Instead of using signs we use the showcase display plugin (as in the city shop), as you cant read the signs across the room. Instructions on how to use this plugin have been online for some time.

Redstone controlled lighting.

Operate the water control and the pistons release the water pushing and mushrooms that have spread to floor in the catchment area.

The glass panes allows blocks to drop down into the water, any monsters will be safely on the other side of the glass, monsters wont spawn in the control room area because of the half blocks on the floor.

Update to MCMMO plugin.

I have improved the lag problem, for me its made a big difference. I found a plugin that easily allows to check each individual plugin for lag without having to stop and start the server multiple times. I've removed the plugin the automatically resets the End world and another minor admin plugin. If you kill the dragon then you will need to me know to manually reset the world. I'm testing other plugins at the moment.

UPDATE: Looks like skyblockworld will have to go.
