Pac-Man World Rally

Has anyone else here played this? I got it today for the Gamecube and it's the weirdest little game. Like, what's up with Pac Devil? They NEVER MENTION HIM AGAIN IN ANY PAC-MAN GAME. And that Funhouse track is weird as hell.

I pirated Pac-Man World Rally on the Gamecube when I wanted to give it a try. Ended up beating the whole thing and figuring out how to break the game so I was lapping some of the CPUs for most of the race.

so yeah, it's fun.

Vs. is pretty fun with friends, and works best if there are four people playing. I got myself another Gamecube + Gameboy Player to sub for the GBA and used Wavebirds for everyone so there wasn't a tangled mess of wires.

I also do have five Gamecubes + 4 Gameboy Players for the day I can finally do Four Swords, but I never have enough friends around :'( .

I actually did Let's Plays on Pac-Man World 1 and 2. Pretty underrated games, I must say, although they aren't without fault for sure.

i haven't played the first pac-man world in several years, but world rally has toc-man and spooky as drivers!

According to the wiki, Erwin is the antagonist of Pac-Man World 3, but I haven't played that one yet so I can't really say for sure.

Also, it took me until just now to realize that Toc-Man's name spelled backwards is Namcot.

I have Pac-Man World 3, and it wasn't that good, iirc. The voice acting just felt weird to me the entire time, and they made Pac-Man have fist fights instead of bouncing his butt on everything. It definitely wasn't as fun as World 2, and is far more invested in a storyline.

I have been wanting to replay World 2 again, and probably follow it up with World 3 and see if my opinion changes. If you do want to get World 3, I had a significant problem trying to find it for the Gamecube (I don't know if that's changed now), but it's out there.

yeah, the fact that they decided to focus on combat was weird...also giving pac-man a voice is such a huge mistake, did ms. pac-man also get a voice?
