That's what it sounds like, it almost seems like you're wasting Stickers on normal enemies.

If that is the case then I probably won't be getting the game because... what's the point? I don't doubt they have a system in place to make sure battles actually count in the, you know, rpg.

Wasn't it said that enemies can drop stickers? Still, though, not much of a point to it unless the stickers are better than the ones you can find lying around.

If they're essentially turning the whole point of battling into "keep fighting until the enemy drops the item you want" then Intelligent Systems can **** right off, assuming that's the route they take. We do know the route they've taken with upgrades is to get them by doing things for people and around the environment. That also makes me wonder if the upgrades are set in stone and entirely location-dependent, or if you have any choice at all in how you upgrade.
Disappointingly uninformative Paper Mario section of the 3DS conference leaves Stephen disappointed and uninformed about Paper Mario. |

The Thousand-Year Door still looks better.
THEY NEED TO DO IT LIKE THAT AGAIN. I love it when they do these cool stories involving Mario. And the battles were on-point. Sticker Star just SOUNDS like a big gimmick. But who knows, we could be surprised in the end.
