To be honest, I liked all the voices, and it was a fun albeit a bit cheesy show.

I remember watching a part of one episode a long time ago. It involved DK throwing barrels. I think...
I watched an episode recently on YouTube- and I have to say that Cranky is the only one I like in this series. DK, though, is a decent singer. Which bothers me. Diddy is too annoying and deserves to be shot. Did Rare have anything to do with this, or was it just them or Nintendo giving the company the rights to animate this?

Hey, remember that time DK had amnesia, so Diddy, Candy, and Cranky (IIRC) tried to bring his memory back by reminding him of things they'd done together? And then one of those "flashbacks" was actually of something that hadn't happened yet, and happened later in the movie? That was, like, so totally super-epic, man. Other than that, though, like chilly said, it was a fun albeit cheesy show. But they made Dixie suck.

Oh, those were the good days. I watched the DKC cartoon every morning before school, and since the bus came about 5 minutes before it ended, my mom would always watch the end of it and when I came home from school she'd tell me how it ended.
The only thing I didn't like was the singing...but it was still awesome. I was especially happy when I got the Legend of the Crystal Coconut video for my birthday.

I used to enjoy this when I was younger, though I'd never heard of the games. Now looking back on it all...
-Everyone looks awful, and apparently caught some duck-mouth disease -The only good voices are Cranky's and Klump's -The animation looks god-awful -Skurvy is a re-colored Klump, Green Croc is a recolored Kritter, and that other guy is a recolored K.Rool -It seems like Paon based several aspects of K.Rool's new design on his design in the show. Skin-tone chest, evenly sized toes, smaller eye tic, no tail, and high-pitched voice. -Dixie looks/sounds awful -Candy... What the hell happened? -Diddy looks/sounds awful -DK looks/sounds awful -Candy sounds suitable for her design, but otherwise awful -Funky looks awful, and shouldn't be rastafarian -K.Rool sounds bizarre -Skurvy looks more like Klump than Klump does -There's no real reason for anyone wanting the crystal coconut. It's just a shiny object, and everyone is drawn toward it like crows. -Why are Klaptraps projectiles? -TOO MUCH SINGING!
