So that stroy I keep saying I'm going to do...
I'm starting up on it again.
I want test the waters out first though. I've written up a blurb for the intro and the first world and want to see what you all think. Granted, these blurbs are still a bit rough but if you see any plot-holes or have any comment I'd be glad to hear anyone's advise.
So here's a list of the events for the first two parts.

Intro: Grunty Wins
Banjo and Kazooie return to Showdown Town to try and get a game out of LOG. LOG, as well as his Lady, both refuse to grant them a game, when suddenly Grunty shows up with powers that defy even LOG's powers. Both deities are defeated and Grunty moves onto Banjo and Kazooie. At the last minute Lady freezes the game and teleports LOG and the duo away After unfreezing Grunty kidnaps the Lady and takes the game factory saying she's gonna move it to a more appropriate spot for her reign.
Part One: The Basics
LOG, Banjo and Kazooie wake up in an empty room and find LOG nearby. LOG recent injuries leave him unable to use the majority of his powers. Lady, able to contact them through LOGs mouse tells them that they are in limbo, where game characters go while they are dead and before they are revived again. Lady, not as injured as LOG is still able to use her powers, but only to an extent. She opens a portal to the first world called Happy Woods, where she thinks LOG can get some help for his injuries. After some searching they find Bottles, who has a good enough knowledge on computer repair. While he's working on LOG Banjo and Kazooie go walking around to see if they can find anything on where Grunty is or how she got so powerful. While searching they find Goldie, a a yellow colored bear who claims to have fallen from the sky and lost her friend who fell in with her. Banjo and Kazooie promise to help her and all three return to Bottles. Bottles has finished fixing LOG, but LOG is still struggling to use his god powers. Lady recontacts them, and suggests that Banjo and Kazooie need to defeat Grunty (Game rule #1 hero needs to defeat villain to win the game, Game rule #2 Gods can't kill any characters), though shes not sure how they'll be able to pull it off, being that Grunty has somehow got the ability to defeat even the two gods. LOG reluctantly suggest that as he can “lend” his powers to the duo, though it may take some time before he can lend them his more powerful ones. Even though he's fixed hes still weakened and it will take him a while to recharge. He finds he can only use one power now, Pause, and grants them the power to use it to practice with. Bottles offers to come along in case LOG breaks again. Goldie also offers to help though she's not sure how. They continue to explore the world, finding jiggies and warming up their old moves. Grunty eventually finds them and begins sending her minions after them, which are easily beaten using LOGs pause trick. They also notice that Goldie isn't being affected by Pause. LOG thinks it might be a glitch and dismisses it for the moment. They also find an invisible Jingajing, who once again has lost all his subjects via Grunty. However this time Grunty has made them harder to find, making them invisible as well. They can however still be heard and Banjo can track them down a little easier with his sense of smell. Jinjaling thanks them and says he'll offer his subjects in helping them find and defeat Grunty when they find them all. They then leave and find a bridge which is being blocked by a giant quiz troll (first boss). The troll gives them trivia quizzes and attacks are based on their right or wrong answer. After they win the fight they cross the bridge and head into the new world: Tiki Wiki Island.
