What the hell else is he gonna do with the IP at this point? Might as well just give up and go make another weird mediocre RPG at this point, I guess. There's only so much you can do with the original gameplay stuff, and I wouldn't be surprised if he's just about done all of it at this point.

Scott Cawthon is a perfectly nice guy and every game he makes that isn't Five Nights at Freddy's is insane and even weirder than Five Nights at Freddy's, sometimes bearing a plot with some kind of surprise religious twist attached.
