Diddy Kong Pilot 2001 Mysteries

OK. So I have some Diddy Kong Pilot (2001) mysteries and vaguely stated details after searching along the web of thousands of resources. Also, I am kinda curious on some stuff so I kinda want some of your ideas too please. I'd really appreciate it.

Why would they completely revamp Diddy Kong Pilot just because of the team leaving Rare?

Why didn't they release Diddy Kong Pilot in the US on March 4, 2002 if that is before Rare's move?

If Rare's own Banjo & Conker were removed why did TipTup Timber & Bumper stay in. Aren't they Rare characters too? (If not why do people say Nuts&Bolts should have been Bumpers game, not Banjos)

I don't know why Tiptup stayed, but not Banjo/Conker. Bumper is a ''Donkey Kong'' character by the way. One part solved. Tiptup is also a minor character so I guess Rare got away with it, don't really know on that one. Only Banjo-Kazooie character on a DS game :|. I also have no clue why people want "Nuts & Bolts" to be a Bumper game. Also, Timber is owned by Nintendo, so is Pipsy before you ask. All, but Tiptup, Banjo and Conker are Rare owned.

^Source on why only some DKR character made it to Nintendo? I thought only Diddy and Krunch went to Nintendo while the rest remained with Rare?

No, he appeared only in DKR and the awful remake on DS.

I thought Rare said awhile back in Scribes that the game was just a rumor that was only shortly if even ever in development.

New rare characters went to microsoft, old stayed with nintendo. Read up on what was agreed upon. The characters that were considered new were probably those intended to be in DP, BK, BT, Grabbed by the Ghoulies, etc

I swear the only DKR characters to stay with Nintendo were Diddy, Krunch, and Tricky.
